I have used these torches regularly for work over the past few years. I've bought 20 of them at this point because they work well, they'r super bright, they're rechargeable, compact and are easy to put into a rucksack. They're a solid metal design and they have an option to either use the rechargeable battery or to use 4 AA batteries instead. The main draw for me is that they have the blue-light filter which means that colours really pop and aren't washed out by the purple light. They're more expensive than other budget options but worth it for sure!

I bought the torch to help me exercise and it worked. Its my 1st uv torch so i have nothing to compare it too. It is bright, has a good weight to it and a good battery. Im very happy with this torch.

Well made from solid materials this torch is plenty powerful enough to use indoors and outdoors. It cast a strong beam 5 meters with ease in dark conditions and is strong enough to focus and photograph handheld at night. Whilst its strong and robust it is light and portable, fits the hand easily and maintains charge for several hours at a time. The charging is via usb a or c and it also works from a power bank for long term night photos. For the money this really is as good as it gets. Everything included, case power cables written instructions. Great

I use mine to find golf balls on my local course, and it's unbelievably good. Just one tiny bit of ball visible and it shines out of the darkness like a lighthouse. I've never bought a Pro V1 in my life, but in the last 9 months they're all I've ever used! Quick to charge, lasts for hours, and comfortable to hold as it's pretty light. My only gripe is the blue light when it's on - it's just a tad too bright. Maybe useful in daylight use, but at night it's pretty distracting. Oh, and never look at your kitchen or bathroom with it, it shows up stuff even after you've cleaned with bleach spray! You will, of course, 'cause everyone does, but your view on what 'clean' is will never be the same again.

Only 4 stars for now I’ve had a little go with the torch in daylight on my minerals and it works well. I have a few smaller 365nm uv torches and so far in daylight this is supperior. I read the reviews before purchasing and see people mentioning in doesn’t show pet urine or won’t charge or it’s a blue light. It states in the booklet you need a low voltage charger Also for pet urine try a 395nm uv torch. And the filter is cutting out unwanted light to show the fluorescents properly. The big test will come tonight when I take it down the beach to give it a proper test. Otherwise it Seems to be built well and it’s not to big, it’s only slightly bigger than my alonefire It also comes with a nice little protective case and battery adaptors. Update 01/09/2025 After several uses over the last few days I have noticed the on off button is temperamental, for that reason alone I will leave my review at 4 stars But has for its working capability I would recommend this uv torch. It lit up the minerals a lot clearer and the colours were more vivid than my alonefire uv torch

Great value for money. Well made, easy to use. Battery life good.light to cary.made visible that which you wouldn't normally see. Well worth the money spent.

This is no cheap AliExpress plastic – it's solid, heavy, and seriously powerful. Feels premium in the hand. Resin cures instantly when you point it – faster than you can blink. Pro tip: don’t shine it in the bathroom… unless you're ready to start a war with your partner 😅 Highly f***ing recommended – perfect for 3D resin work or any UV curing!

UPDATED: This light works great! After the first one was returned, got a replacement sent out and it works flawlessly. Insanely bright and has revealed more things about the condition of the house I'm renting than I'd honestly have cared to know - those clean looking walls are not as clean as they seem, almost looks like it was decorated for a horror house. Does what I got it for though, which is inspecting for cat urine since I have a kitten who is bouncing all over the place. I'll probably end up buying another one if I ever needed to. FIRST REVIEW: Well, I'd like to write a review on the effectiveness of this light, but upon plugging it in to charge for the first time there was no light indicating it was charging, and the magic smoke was coming out of the USB ports. Tossed it on a Portapow, the circuits were drawing 0.12A the second it's plugged in, battery or not. Noticed there were some metal shards sticking up through the PCB upon closer inspection, so wouldn't be surprised if there was some debris from the manufacturing process causing the short. Unfortunately I don't have a tool suitable for popping open these assemblies, so I don't have a way to pinpoint the exact issue. Either way, considering this one DOA and requesting a replacement.
