Purchased in Sept 2025. Initially worked well. By late November battery life dropped to 4-8 hours. Contacted company. Wow, they were great. Offered replacement very politely. Received a new battery very quickly. KUDOS to this seller. So much for giving praise. New replacement battery turned out to be worse. I have battery saving features on my Samsung Xcover 6 Pro . I am not sure what to do. This phone is noted for battery life issues so it may be my phone. I think all the batteries for this phone come from the same source.....??

I purchased the Qoutmcuy Xcover Pro battery to replace my original one, and overall I’m very satisfied. Initially, I had some issues with the battery life — it wasn’t performing quite as expected. However, when I contacted the seller, they responded quickly and courteously. They honored their 1-year warranty without any hassle and promptly sent me a replacement battery. The new one works great and holds a charge very well. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and how easy they made the whole process. 4500mAh is probably theoretical for the design, because the actual battery I received does not have that capacity. It DOES work though, and didn't make my phone catch on fire.

The batteries work for me. Glad to have a backup now, if I am on the go for a long time, I can have a backup ready for times when I won't be able to charge my phone. All phones should have kept the removable battery feature, how annoying it is that most no longer do, forcing you to get a new phone when the battery becomes old. Or carrying around a power bank instead of just a much smaller backup battery, you can swap. Sometimes it really does feel like certain parts of technology are going backwards, not forward.

It worked great for about 11 months with relatively low usage. Only needed to be charged once a day, so I would say while it didn't last the longest, for the price it did as well as I could hope.

Battery does not have any more life than my old one. I think I got an old battery.
