Good value
Very nice tea maker/kettle. I use it as a water heater and allow the tea to steep in my cup rather than in the kettle. Very fast to boil water.

Pretty fantastic
Since I’m not much of a coffee person and have been looking for better alternatives to energy drinks and soda, I have a new-found move for tea. So I started looking for a solid tea maker to have around the house. I’m no tea connoisseur I don’t need any space age tea kettle with a bunch of features, but I also didn’t want a cheap $20 kettle that would burn out after a month of use. This Buydeem falls perfectly into the category I was looking for - a nice solid tea kettle. The pre-loaded temps for different kinds of teas are very convenient, and the ease of use is outstanding - you just push one button corresponding to the type of tea want and it will be ready in 2 mins or less. I also really like the fact that it has a regular old “boil water” function, and it boils VERY quickly. Being able to boil cups of water in literally one minute or less is a pretty fantastic general-use tool for the kitchen

LOVE THIS ITEM researched & happy w purchase
Has all the features i want I researched and ordered this one and another to have hands on comparison Decided on this one As it seems sturdier and well made even though other one was a good contender. It does not have CUSTOM temp settings or LED but that was not as important as i figure ‘how precise’ do i need to be - this one has several temps to choose based on tea i am brewing. I have to set a separate timer for the brewing time unless i missed this feature in learning it so either way i am good on that EASY TO CLEAN sooooo happy Has a screen at the spout located on the lid to reduce any tea leaves escaping as you pour The lid removes in two pieces so makes kettle VERY SIMPLE TO CLEAN and wipe dry… then the tea strainer drops in easy no snapping in or hooking on to something so integrity will hold up and is easy to wash Pricing would have been nice to have a better price point but it did offer a coupon for $10 off at time of purchase so i got lucky OH AND THERE IS A LITTLE RECIPE BOOK for making teas with fresh fruits - oh how fun - looking forward to that Kettle is not dishwasher safe so hand wash is required but is easy as mentioned above - I don’t think any of them are dishwasher safe. At this moment I have had this about a week and have used it a half a dozen times so far and so far I love it and would make same purchase if I was doing it again. Glass is German and kettle made in China - eh - i think they all are

Buydeem electric pot
I have had this pot since September, and find it to be an excellent pot I usually use it 3 times per day, and have had no problems with it so far. The infuser they supply with the pot is pretty fine so the only tea that gets through is the fine powder. I had baskets by a company called Finum that are extra fine mesh screen at home already, so for the teas that have some powder, I just strain it again with the Finum basket in the cup. The mesh used by Finum is so fine that not even the powder gets through. I did notice that some reviewers were complaining that the heating plate on the bottom of the pot was not stainless steel and sent photos to show the rust they have on the plate. That is not rust showing in the pictures, it is mineral deposits from the water they are using. I have very hard water in my area, and I am not able to install a water softener. The water filter I have doesn’t filter out minerals, only stuff like lead, chlorine, cysts, etc. so I get the same thing they are showing in the pictures, although in one of the pictures there is so much build up I wouldn’t even drink anything out of that pot until it was cleaned. There are a few thing you can do to clean the pots to make them look like new again. The easiest way is to purchase from Amazon a product called Clean and Revive by Astonish. You just bring a pot of water to near boil, then add a Tbl. Spoon of this stuff and let it sit for a couple of hours, and all of the deposits should disappear. If not, do it again. Another thing you can use is a product called Bon-Ami. It is a super mild cleanser that is basically guaranteed not to scratch it is so mild. It won’t even scratch the glass on products. I have been using this stuff for many years and have never had it scratch anything yet. It is in powder form, like other cleansers, and costs about $2.00 a can. I found out about Bon -Ami from my mother years ago and I always have a can available for delicate cleaning purposes. I use it for everything, especially my electric tabletop oven (glass window included). I wouldn’t recommend it for non stick pans though, because of their special coating, even though I have used it on older pans that were pretty shot, and didn’t notice any additional damage from using it. After you get the pot back to shape and looking like new, I just use a bottle brush and spray in some Dawn spray foam, and any tea residue and mineral deposits are gone. The thing is, is that the pot has to be done regularly every 2 or 3 days with at least the dawn cleaning. That only takes a few minutes. The only reason I gave this pot 4 stars instead of 5 is the manufacturer does not give the 212 degree boil setting any steeping feature other than boil. Most black teas and herbal teas recommend using 212 degree water and steeping it for 5 minutes. The manufacturer does not allow you to customize the steep setting at all. They don’t even have a preset steep function for this setting. On this setting you have to time it yourself. I just don’t understand that if they are going to give this feature to all of the other settings they just don’t include it for the 212 Degree setting I still recommend this pot, though. It is a very good pot at a good price. The glass used is quality glass, and the heating plate really is stainless steel.

BEST Customer Service - Love EVERYTHING about this tea maker!
I don't typically write reviews, but I wanted to share that this is a FABULOUS tea maker!!! I know it's a little pricier than others, but let me remind you that you get what you pay for folks. This is sleek, sturdy, exemplary craftsmanship, SO easy to use and it's stainless steel so it will always be in style! The water/tea temps heat up quickly AND the bottom of the pot is only warm to the touch - even if it's removed immediately after the water boils at the highest temp (212 degrees). It's not bulky or heavy and the handle is comfortable to hold. And no, I wasn't given anything free or paid to write this review. I am just so thrilled to have this tea pot in my office that I wanted to tell the Amazon :0) Update - 3 months later - I had a malfunction issue with the base of the tea pot and contacted BUYDEEM directly. They responded immediately and helped resolve the issue right away. A replacement part was needed and they shipped it to me the next day. Their customer service was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Great product AND great customer service - what's there not to love!!!

This teapot did not brew at all except the black tea setting
I bought this to avoid seeping tea for too long using filters staying inside water since I keep forgetting to pull the tea filter out in time. I tested this immediately after I received it. The one I got does not brew at all except when I use the black tea setting. When I tried to brew green tea, the tea was still drive after the whole cycle is completed. I tried to brew coffee using the coffee setting, again no steam gets to the filter and the water in the jar is completely clear--no coffee color at all. Only the black tea setting has water/steam reaching the basket and brown color in the water, but very faint even if I use the "Bold" taste setting. Come to think of it, green team and herbal tea setting is below water boiling point, how could water/steam even get to the tea basket?

✨ Updated Review: Fast Replacement & Outstanding Support 🙌
❗️UPDATE❗️I originally left a negative review because my kettle cracked at the base. I wasn’t even sure it had a warranty, but after contacting BUYDEEM I learned it comes with a 1‑year warranty. I reached out on a Thursday, and by Sunday I already had an updated version of the kettle 🫖 in my hands. The process was smooth, and I’m very happy with how quickly their customer service handled everything. The new kettle works perfectly, and I appreciate the company standing behind their product. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this tea maker in February, and by August I noticed the first crack on the base. At first, I thought maybe one of my kids had dropped something on it, even though they denied it. But when the second and third cracks showed up just a couple of weeks later, I knew it wasn’t them—it was the product itself. Frustrating, because this tea maker is expensive and only lasted about six months before showing problems. It worked well while I could use it, but with the cracks spreading, I don’t feel comfortable continuing to use it.

Would but again and again.
We love this kettle. It is great not only for boiling water but making hot tea and tea for ice tea. The correct setting make sure the water is at the correct temperature for the type tea we are making. This is the second pot I’ve bought. One for every location one is needed!
