Great for slowly adjusting dosage up as your body tolerates it.
Bought so i could slowly work my way up to a full dose. Just what I wanted. Oregano does have a very pungent smell though. Good to use in tomato juice.

I bought this instead of the undiluted Oregano Oil from the same brand, because I was afraid of how strong it would be- it IS strong, but if you work up to it, it’s like your body will get past it… When I first bought this, I could hardly stand just one drop… now I add 3 drops to my oil pulling in the morning, drink two little ‘shots’ of water with 3 drops each, and then pull with another 3 drops added to my oil pulling at night. I’m going to keep working up to the total of 24 drops per day. Maybe after this bottle, I will try the straight oregano oil.
