UPDATE 5/24/25: NOW CONTAINS BIOTIN AND SMELLS LIKE PAINT THINNER with many new ingredients. I'm devastated as this was the best shampoo before all the changes. Since I began using this last year, the ingredients have been changed 3 times! But never had biotin in the first 2 formulas. I just used the latest purchased bottle and it was so thick, it couldn't squeeze through the hole in the cap. Before this bottle, it was runny but I didn't mind as it smelled great & stopped my hair from falling out. But today the scent had an overpowering scent of paint thinner so I took the old bottle out of the trash and compared the labels. I was shocked at all the added ingredients & the paint thinner smell is probably the newly added tea tree oil. But the newly added biotin is horrible for me as biotin makes my hair fall out (as it does for others too, but we're rare) so I'm returning it and will begin another search for a rosemary/mint shampoo without biotin yet again. Biotin makes my hair fall out so I was thrilled to find this & have ordered it 4 times but now it's unavailable (unless I buy the combo pack with conditioner) The conditioner does nothing for my hair, so I'm forced to pay double the cost just to get a bottle of the shampoo. At 73 yrs old, with fine, straight hair and issues on and off with hair fall that happens after pregnancy and then again after having covid, I was thrilled to see how fast this stopped the hair fall. I shampoo daily and switch off with other shampoos, using this one every other day. I'm glad I discovered this but the company shouldn't force us to buy combo packs with both shampoo and conditioner. (it took years of experimenting to learn that Biotin is my hair's enemy! I tried Biotin as a vitamin and my hair fell out, and years ago a Redkin shampoo turned on the hair fall. Hair skin and nail vitamins with Biotin also caused hair fall. It all added up and once Biotin was eliminated, the extreme fall stopped.) I hope the company doesn't stop making this but I'm holding my breath because the single bottles of shampoo have been unavailable for over a month!

I got the rounder bottle when the flat one is listed, but that doesn't matter much. I really like the smell and the lather, but the only thing I don't like about it is that it's so watery. Like I'll dump some in my hand and by the tie it gets to my head, I've lost half of it from spilling on my shoulders. And I don't like to pour it directly on my head because then I start to over use the product. I think it needs to be a tad bit thicker for me No comment on whether or not it helps with hair growth, I just use it because I like the tingly feeling of mint

My hair grows so slow. This year around march I cut my hair to my shoulder and in six months I had it close to my bra strap. The last time I cut it to my shoulder it took me a year to get it to the same length, so it actually works. The only thing I don’t like is the at it makes my hair very dry and if you color your hair I feel like it strips out the color.

I've been using this product for years, and have loved it. The smell of peppermint and rosemary was refreshing, clean, inviting. I actually also use the shampoo as a body wash too. I recently placed an order for a new bottle, and was dismayed by the rancid stench of the shampoo. Far from fresh peppermint and rosemary, it reeks of something stale. The contrast of the smell between the old and new shampoo is like day and night. I even add d a few drops of peppermint essential oil in hopes that it would enhance the smell, but did no good. This will be the last order I place for this product.

To be 100% honest I absolutely LOVE this shampoo, it's conditioner counterpart is so-so in my opinion but the shampoo!! I've always struggled with dandruff, itchy scalp, and my hair not staying clean for very long so I've been trying tons of different shampoos until I came across this one! My fiance and I both love herbal scents and the tingly feeling on the scalp that goes along with it is such a lovely, stimulating feeling! My itchy scalp has been a thing of the past, and Ive been able to go as long as a weak without feeling the need to wash my hair- it is AMAZING! The hair growth aspect is pretty cool as well, considering I am going through postpartum hair loss, but my baby hairs seem to be growing at least!

I have been using the shampoo for 4 years. They have changed the formula. Does not have the great fragrance that it had. And the consistency is different. I'd be in my imagination but I don't think it cleans as well as it used to. Very disappointed that they change this product.

This pure, safe shampoo paired with matching conditioner is a winner for my thin, fly-away hair! Perfect results every time. Not heavy weight and smells divine. A little goes a long way so beware because it is a more liquid than thick consistency. It’s a pretty good value. I’ll buy it again.
