I received these as a gift and decided to try them for about a month before reviewing. Here’s what I noticed: my sleep has greatly improved. I used to struggle with waking up in the mornings, but now I wake up easily without any grogginess. My mood has stabilized, and I feel less scatterbrained. The gummies are quite sour, so be prepared for that, but the taste isn’t bad. I also feel happier most days, more productive, and more motivated, instead of the chronic fatigue I had been used too. The taste is incredible! I have to stop myself from eating more than two because they taste like gushers! I also just had my third cycle since having a baby and it was so much lighter than last month. It was 31 days between cycles for me before taking these gummies, and 26 days apart after taking them. I think they are definitely getting me back to my regular 28 days in between!

I've been taking them for about 2 weeks so far. They taste delicious and I feel like they are helping balance my hormones. I just stopped nursing at the same time that I started them so there's a lot going on with my hormones right now but overall I feel good using them!

I’ve been taking this supplement for about a month and have noticed improved mood and sleep. I wake up without feeling groggy and sleep through the night. I’m not feeling anxious and I’m able to focus on work tasks without the brain fog. I think this product is worth trying. The taste is tart but it’s a gummy so it’s easier than a large vitamin and there is no after taste.
