The media could not be loaded. Love how these are made with clean ingredients! Only one capsule is nice too. They are easy to swallo and have a nice have a nice smell and a little bit of taste I think from the scented heart in the bottle. So far I definitely am feeling less hungry.

Easy to take
These are easy to take and I have had no ill side-effects after taking them. They help to improve energy a little bit. It is organic and caffeine free. I like to support women owned companies, especially when they are making supplements for other women.

Side effects
I have PCOS, and read that this supplement might help with symptoms. I took it every day for about two weeks and noticed that I would get headaches almost every day. I was excited to try this but suspended it once I confirmed that this caused my headaches.

Migraine!!
I wish I had realized this was not returnable. I tried for 10 days and had a migraine for 10 days. Did not work for me. I wish I had not wasted the money

Great DIM Supplement
I bought this DIM supplement when the DIM I used and loved was no longer available. This works really well. It does have a hint of mint which I was not expecting.
