I have this up in my Hyundai i30 with Kleenex man sized tissues. It mostly works, but you have to put it vertically. You can easily reach it if you are in the driver's seat and you place it at the back of the passenger headrest. I'd recommend using regular sized tissues instead as it can cause the tissue to shred if you pull it out at an angle.

Velcro straps way too short, cannot reach round under the headrest or sunvisor. Even if it did, the plastic frame is smooth and does not hold a tissue box in place.

This is a MUST if you have passengers in your car I have mine behind the headrest and it’s PERFECT
