It works but the glass lid keeps shaking due to just normal pressure so have to keep something on the glass lid just to keep it stable

Overall performance is good, but compared to other product cooking time is more.

Poor service. Stopped working in less than 6 months and the customer service has not sent anyone despite raising the request multiple times

I purchased it about 2 year 4 months ago. First time I received a damaged product and ordered replacement. After receiving the replacement it was in good condition. I am till using it without any problem. This product is easy to use for all. This product is recommended for purchase.

Overall experience is good. Just issue with switch. Needs switch improvement seriously. Using steamer takes double time to cook. Must give wooden spoon since plastic spoon very weak. Rice taking normally 30 min if used only cooking pan. If steamer used it's taking 50 min for 400gm rice

Have been using it for quite some time and researched alot before buying it still made a mistake. It waste a lot of rice. No matter how carefully you set the soaked rice on the tray, it still floats right under the tray during cooking because the tray is not the correct size or may be the pot is just made wrong. It cooks alright and steam tray functions fine. If you are steaming veges while cooking rice then remember the juice of the veges will come in the rice too. I once steamed beetroot and some of my rice turned pink, Which is not a big deal.

No Heat issue, Value for money, High Quality one
