We love these with breakfast and dinner. Easy to make and taste great.We do add butter to the pan. Also have rarely successfully flipped them over per the instructions. We now cut them into quarters and flip each quarter to brown the second side.

When you don't have much time to get dinner on the table these rösti are the perfect thing to serve with fish, meat or poultry and a salad or vegetable and feel good about serving something healthy. Also, they are perfect for the times when the potatoes from the farmers' market are out of season.

These are a pantry staple for me. Excellent for hangovers or easy breakfast/lunch/dinner. Lasts forever with the sealed packaging so you can horde these. They taste amazing if cooked properly with the proper amount of fat in your pan. Leaves a beautiful crust with a soft interior. You can add your own ingredients to enhance the product if you’d like which I typically do. I have a friend who used to visit Switzerland every year and bring back packaged rosti like this and this product is close or exactly the same quality and taste. Highly recommend.

I use these for Funeral potatoes - google for the recipe. They are quicker then making the potatoes. I make hash browns on the Blackstone with them also. Also danish potato dumplings. It’s a product that is versatility.
