Only trouble have trouble with foxes have to put bricks on top and peg to the ground

Bought because it was cheaper than other products. Does the job and hedgehogs are going through the doorflap and eating the food nightly. The roof covering is not particularly robust, and is already starting to wear after only a few weeks. The finish is bare softwood, and it is not clear what treatment has been applied. It took several coats of varnish. Assembles easily.

Was looking forward to offering a hedgehog a safe and dry home for winter. This isn't it. The wood is very cheap and flimsy and had splits in it. The 'weatherproof' roof is so flimsy and is stapled on so it not flat at the edges and I seriously doubt it is showerproofnever mind rain proof. The instructions were very basic and difficult to make out due to small writing and dark pictures. I am disappointed in it and will get my garden visitors an upgrade for next year.

Unfortunately the Wood was split in half on both side sections on opening but luckily my husband managed to save the day and made good so he has assembled it although the wood and roofing g do not look very robust so I’m not sure how long it will last, otherwise it looks nice but I’m still waiting for a local hedgehog to venture inside

They OK definitely not weather proof to be honest don't even think they're big enough for a headgehog to even fit might just make my own not happy

I brought this for my resident Hedgehog that lives in my garden.It was easy to put together although the divider for the corridor had to be adjusted as the hole in to the main compartment is to small for the larger wild hedgehogs.I had to cut a bit out to correct it but otherwise nice box.I will be getting another one later on for the other Hedgehogs that visit my garden

Instructions terrible. Managed to get it together eventually. Hedgehog has found it and feeding from it so happy in the end

Not the cheapest of hedgie houses but it's nicely constructed and reasonable value for money.
