I was looking for something to help with stiff muscles in the morning, and this gel works well. It gives a mild heat effect and absorbs quickly, so there’s no sticky feeling. I also use it before walks and workouts, and it really helps.

I go to the gym regularly, and this heat gel has been very useful. I apply it on my legs and back before workouts, and it gives a nice warm feeling that helps me loosen up muscles faster. It’s not too strong, just the right amount of warmth. Good product!

one of the most effective gels I’ve tried for recovery - really intense cooling effect, easier than applying ice, can carry the tube around anywhere even when travelling if you enjoy active holidays! I play sport 4-6 times a week so very useful for me. Helps with soreness and any inflammation. Does not smell as intense as most other products.Only thing is you have to clean the skin before applying - it’s still effective but creates some residue, like any gel product. Remember to wash hands immediately after.

Great product .. I use it every day before hitting the gym .. younwouod need to get used to the aroma . As it's pretty strong . But it's effective for the muscles .
