Well, I bought this because at the beginning of the year I started having severe hot flashes thanks to perimenopause... I like to do things the natural way and only go to the dr. if I really have to. I did some research and black cohosh kept coming up in everything I read so I was influenced and bought this product. It was about day 3 of taking it and man I felt the difference. I no longer had the severe hot flashes, and I just felt overall better. I actually like the taste of it too; it's kind of earthy but kind of sweet. It's so easy to take with the dropper and I feel it works faster since it hits the tongue and gets into your system much faster than a pill would. I will forever buy this brand and use it for as long as it keeps me feeling better.

Great Product

It takes a while (3weeks or so) but it seems to help with hot flashes.

I have been told this works well for menopause symptoms. The taste is strong but bearable. Just started using.

I have found this product works very well for my night sweats and very easy to swallow. It comes with a dropper which is very convenient. I liked the product so much I have purchased a second bottle and it is very cost effective.

I've tried several brands of Black Cohosh and this is the one is my favorite. The bottle is huge and the dosage is higher than other brands, so one dropper full in the morning tends to hold off my perimenopause symptoms. During periods when my symptoms are worse, I'll take a second dropper in the evening to hold off hot flashes while I sleep. I mix with Athletic Greens in the morning and kambucha in the evening and can not taste it over either, so I'd say taste is likely mild.

I took 1/2 the recommended dose immediately upon receiving it. Within 1 hour I could feel a subtle difference brewing within me! By hour 2 ALL the wild menopausal symptoms were gone or nearly gone!!!! I slept SO good - 1st time in a couple months! Since, then I take 1/2 dose every 12 hours, RELIGIOUSLY!! Not a single symptom since, except once I forgot to take my pm dose and by 5am (24 hours since last dose), I was awakened by a full-on, sweat soaked hot flash. I don't dare miss a dose anymore! PLEASE never change or stop making this product, it's a blessing & works perfectly for me! I highly recommend giving this a try. The taste is sweet. I drop it on or under my tongue & take a sip of liquid, done. No crazy awful taste or aftertaste.

I brought the liquid form for the easier dosage adjustment (instead of breaking a pill in two halves, I can simply apply smaller amount of liquid). but I believe the dosage is misleading. The serving size (0.7 ml) liquid weights about 689mg at 70 degree, so this 689 mg is impossible all Black cohosh, and I have no way to know how much black cohosh is actually in one serving, I wish I had realized this earlier and selected a different brand.
