I ordered the 5 lb. bag of raw cashews from We Got Nuts, because it was a great price for the size. When I received the nuts, I was a bit disappointed because there was no packing in the box along with the large bag of cashews. I could see through the bag that there were a lot of broken pieces. I tasted them and was happy that the whole cashews tasted good and seemed fresh. I separated the broken nuts from the whole ones and weighed the pieces. To my dismay, the broken pieces weighed close to 1.5 lbs. I will use the broken pieces in other meals, but I feel that I paid for 5 lbs. and only received 3.5 lbs. of whole nuts. I am not sure if I will reorder, but suggest that the company provide packing in the box to keep the nuts from breaking. I am assuming that the nuts were broken due to shipping. Other than that I am very satisfied with the quality and taste of the cashews.

We have been buying these cashews via Amazon for years and are rarely without them. As a person with celiac disease (gluten intolerance), I need to be particularly cautious about the food that I consume. Although the package doesn’t indicate any official gluten-free certification has been obtained for this product, it doesn’t indicate that it is processed in a facility that processes wheat, just nuts (of course). Given how long I’ve been eating this product without any issues, I am confident that it is a safe for celiacs to consume—although, it must always be said, your experience may vary. The nuts are always fresh, in stock and competitively priced. Keep up the good work, We Got Nuts!

I had dined and wined on and with this brand, I could say it won my trust and became my favorite but my experience started changing just about 2 months ago, the deliveries I received had not met the standards I used to get, aside not being fresh, it taste as though the entire nut was exposed to air, do you know that taste of little crisp or crunch like you are eating nuts? it's gone, the nuts just melts quickly like something super exposed to air. I want the sellers to get it right, please go back to your previous QC standards and see where you got things wrong. I will equally suggest you do periodic review of your inventory by buying one of your 5lbs bags from Amazon every 3 months at least to check the quality. Track this batch that was delivered to me get one and check the quality to confirm if this claims I have made are true or not. Cashew nuts happen to be my favorite nut and I eat at least 5 lbs in 3 weeks and serve my visitors as well in some cases. I have the capacity to use 10 lbs monthly if quality is improved. I understand this is business and hate giving a negative review but beyond the reviews I thought this information needs to get across to the brand owners to see how and where they could improve on the product. So far I have no complaints on the price and don't mind paying premium so far am satisfied with the quality. As a matter fact I delved into another brand that have been popping up on my purchase window same 5lbs so I got 10 lbs with this delivery one of this and the order from a competing brand.Which is better ? I still prefer yours because the bag is well packaged and somehow I have come to like it having ordered several of it, the other brand's bag had no seal and had the same taste issue.I wish I could see the brand owners of my favorite one on one but if you guys ever read this review please get one the batches that was delivered to me and check the quality. Your brand is till my favorite 😍. Let's get it right so that both sellers and buyers will be happy and satisfied. Thank you kindly
