Got this for my diabetic needles. Definitely comes in handy. I really like this thing was pretty cheap prices to and it's bigger in size then I thought it would be which worked out great!

I specifically bought these for travel but are perfect for home use as well. If you are on injectables or use syringes this is a MUST for travel. It is literally the perfect size and will travel without taking up hardly any space in a carry-one , handbag, or checked bag. I measured specifically for a prescription I am on and again, it is perfect.

I put a regular sized BIC lighter and a credit card next to this disposable container so you can have a good idea on how small this container really is. If i had to guess it would fit a little bit more insulin needles than you could fit in a 20 oz soda bottle. But if you need something small because your traveling this would be the perfect size for a 2-3 day trip. I like the design of the top of this container better than most of the other ones out there because it has a nice large opening that makes it easy to dispose of any hazardous materials and it has a nice little tab that makes it easy to open/close and helps keep the lid locked in place.The only thing this sharps disposable container doesn't have that most of the other ones do is the option to permanently lock the lid in place whenever it is completely full. So keep that in mind if you are going to be around small children and have to hold onto this container for a extended period of time and have to hold onto this for a while until you can dispose of this properly

The media could not be loaded. I have to do injections for my diabetes, my old sharps container, the lid kept falling off.O found this one light weight, well designed with a very good security lid. The only thing is that my old one had a spring flap to drop my sharps in, but this one you have to physically push open the lid and closed it after. It does have a latch to keep the lid closed but the slide is tight enough to keep it closed. Also being small enough to travel with.
