This Granola was very nice. Great crunch effect if you are into that. Not sweet at all - can clearly taste the ingredients. It is delicious. While it does have Erythritol in the ingredient list, it is way down after all the seeds and nuts so did not really notice the "cool mint" flavor that sugar causes - the sugar did not overwhelm the flavor of the product. Could not really tastes the Cinnamon flavor. The Nutrition Facts label shows a good Fiber content and lower Carb content.working on my 2nd bag.The FreeStyle Libre3 Sensor on my body did not reflect any significate sugar increase after eating 3 Palm size servings of this product. I got maybe a 5 point increase after 30 minutes only to decrease again shortly.

Bought as a filler to reach my $35 free shipping limit,but really liked it. Low carb, taste great and a decent size

Kudos to the makers of one of the best grainless (& low carbohydrate) cereal there is currently available on this platform.I like almost all the ingredients. I suspect either the Monkfruit syrup or the chicory fibre has a flavour I don't appreciate. Happy to report it's not a strong flavour and is usually masked by the milk I use.If I had looked at all the advertising for this, I may have skipped it...who needs giant pecans in a cereal? Thankfully, I didn't see that particular advertised feature before I bought this.I have tried to duplicate this and I can usually make something fairly enjoyable but it's not as convenient, although it is friendlier to the earth. So, if the makers are paying attention, I hope they do more to improve the sustainability of their product.Stays crunchy ...has not gone soggy ever.The quantity could be greater....a lot greater, but I suppose the product is portioned this way to keep it affordable. The size of the ingredients are suitable. Flossing recommended after consumption!

I have never heard of this product and was looking to find something that could be eaten on a keto lifestyle. I found it. I love this product. I bought the multi pack so I could try different flavors. It is wonderful on Greek yogurt. It is wonderful as a topper on top of Quick Breads that are keto friendly I will definitely be buying this again very good

Wish it came with 8 packs! It's a little pricy for a 6 pack but definitely healthy and tastes very good!

This was not the best choice for keto granola. Too much coconut and too chewy. Needs a little crunch. Flavor is good.

good taste, filling even as 1/3 of a cup. great with almond milk or on yogurt

Great as a topping on yogurt and oatmeal.
