Very bland but adding some chicken bouillon makes it very delicious.

Taste
To me it was a little bit gritty. It has a bland taste. Definitely add some flavor to it.

Not everybody's cup of tea, but I enjoyed it.
You'll either love it or hate it. My favorite way to eat this is by adding a little chicken bullion to hot water, a little pepper and parsley. You do have to make sure to stir as you eat it or else lumps will settle at the bottom. I do believe there is a light sweetness to the powder, but it isn't something that's overwhelming. It reminds me a little bit of cereal. I did try to do a sweet version, but I wasn't happy with it. I prefer this made savory as it balances the light sweetness. I kind of want to try and make a corn soup and use this as a thickener, just to see how it does.

Check your expiration date!
I thought it would taste like a custard but actually it has almost no flavor so you can add to it to make it sweeter or whatever. I got mine in may and can says one year lifespan expires June 2025. Great. One month. And I forgot to check it when I got it so don’t forget to.
