these didn't have reviews so i was skeptical, i decided to give it a try. I'm pleasantly surprised! they are peel and stick, I'm not going to use them like that though. I'm going to use them with my butt lift underwear, they fit perfectly in the pockets and stay in place. they aren't heavy. they aren't too narrow like all the others I've tried, they actually fit my entire bum cheeks and round them perfectly. i purchased another pair to try the adhesive option, I'll review once i try them. for reference I'm 5'0 105LBS and these gave me a full, natural looking bubble booty and feels real to the touch
