In the bin
Have had goats for 8 years now and only got this book as it was specifically for Pygmy Goats as opposed to a few other books I have on general goat breeds. In my opinion, badly written stretched out waffle with plenty vague and misleading information. Very annoyed as this was a present for my wife. Complete waste of money. She has put it in the bin.

Truly terrible book
I have never reviewed a book before but felt compelled to make a comment about this book. It is either poorly translated or written without any one editing it. There are numerous spelling and grammar errors and facts that just don't make sense. " Give your goat a tetanus shot. You will be able to find the syringe and antibiotic in any pet pharmacy". Is it a tetanus or an antibiotic, neither of which you can buy over the counter in the UK. The book is written for an American audience which means the toxic plant list is meaningless. There is no definite, helpful feeding advice only vague references to "whole grain". I think there must be a chapter missing. Very disappointing and of no help to me at all, I didn't need the first two chapters telling me to consider my circumstances and adequacy of my provision for keeping goats.
