The Berberine with Ceylon Cinnamon gummies taste good and, have a good mix of supplements included in them. However, they do seem to stick to your teeth----not a big deal. I haven't noticed any weight loss or loss of appetite but I do appreciate the potential health benefits of taking them.

These help curb your appetite

I've been taking these as a metformin alternative. 2 in the morning, 2 at night. I like them and the flavor is pleasant but after ordering many times it seems like each bottle is less fresh or the consistency is off. This is one of the higher potency berberine gummies. No digestive side effects in several months of use. I have lowered my A1C from over 9 to 6.9 using only this supplement. I USE NO METFORMIN. My only complaint is the consistency of quality of texture and taste. I pay attention to the date codes on the bottles and they appear to come from different facilities as the print and format varies. I'm sure this small brand is contracting out lot production. Please find a manufacturer who can get you some quality control. I truly love this product but want to see improvements.

I have had 3 bottles of these gummies in the past and they tasted great and really curbed my appetite but this last batch I purchased has a TERRIBLE texture and no flavor. Before they were tasty mango gummy and now they are gritty and not gummy as all. But they don’t allow returns or exchanges so I’m writing a review instead
