I like K-beauty toner. The Round Lab Birch Juice Moisturizing Toner is excellent. I apply it a.m. and p.m. by applying the K-beauty 7 layers technique. My skin loves it so much. No need to apply serum. Just put on moisturizing cream.

Works wonderfully. Cools the skin as you use it. No scent. My sensitive skin has no problems with it.

I've tried a ton of toners, and this is my new favorite one.I have combo skin: oily around the nose and chin, extremely dry everywhere else.This toner is barely thicker than water. I shake a bit into my palm, rubs my palms together, and then pat into my face.It absorbs instantly. It's not the slightest bit tacky. Some other toners feel a bit tacky at least when they're drying. This has 0 stickiness to it, and absorbs pretty much immediately.It is super hydrating, and indeed does keep my skin from drying out even with the sub 30% humidity levels in my house due to the heather running constantly.I recently also got the toner pads that I like to cut and use just on my cheeks and forehead.This is a fantastic hydrating toner.
