Easy to swallow, energy boost
Lately I was feeling really drained like my body is missing something from a month ago when I got really ill so decided to try this supplement and I definitely can say that this increased my mood and energy especially waking up in the morning. Probably this supplement gave my body what it was missing from spending all my energy on getting back on track. Plus it's very convenient as it's only one capsule per day and helped me as my energy boost.

Not as effective as fresh
I bought these tablets to take as I was travelling I didn’t find it as effective as freshly made sea moss so won’t be making a repurchase.

Happy with my purchase
I bought this capsules to boost my immune system and detox as sea moss is reach in iodine plus helps with metabolism. I am taking this capsules about a week now and I can say that my mood is balancing and I experience less tidiness. I choose this time to take a sea moss capsules instead dry moss products as pills are stronger and less mess. So far I am happy with my purchase.
