Does what I want it to do. Keeps me feeling full after a workout so I don't feel the need to eat so much afterwards so it's pretty effective. It has a good quality taste that's not overpowering, but you can definitely tell what the flavor is. Dissolves pretty effortlessly too with and without a shaker cup with the little shaker ball in it. It's even got a lot of potassium in it which is great for me because I get some wicked muscle cramps just from stretching sometimes.Overall it's a great tasting and very effective protein powder for a fair price for what I use it for. Would reccomend the brand to anyone looking for something that is at a fair price and packed with protein to hold them over if they're like me and like to snack after a workout and then undo all the progress they just made.

I bought the chocolate and it tasted very good. It mixes well in water, milk and almond milk. A little chalky taste but just a very little. I will ordering this again.

The Cinnamon Roll flavor is delicious and mixes perfectly with no grit, even when using less then a full 8 ounces of water. I'd probably feel like I was having outright dessert if I blended it with milk. The French Vanilla Creme flavor is HORRID.

Great taste. Use in Greek yogurt and coffee. Must mix in water before putting in coffee but great for protein coffee.
