One of the few Janet M Perry books that is worth the money
In general I think Janet and Perry‘s books contains so little useful information that they are outrageously overpriced. This book however is worth the money and has good information in it.

Not a good value
This is a very pricy book for the amount of information contained. I can't say that the explanations or pictures were very enlightening either. I wouldn't buy another book in this series. That said, I did learn a few things that are useful. It is not a good value in comparison to some of the other books on needlepoint that give you much more information, a multitude of stitches, and lots of hints on technique. This "book" is more on the order of a pamphlet. It only has 26 pages, and is in large typeface and lots of white space. At least the layout makes it easy to read.

Disappointing
I was interested in using what I could learn from the book on a needlepoint canvas. Not much to this book at all.
