Must have postpartum
These were a must have for a few weeks postpartum. They felt like a major treat when I used them. I kept in fridge for extra relief. I have bought about 4-5 packages to get through the early postpartum sore days.

Sweet Relief
Once again, Frida Mom to the rescue. I'm a FTM with a baby that seems to have industrial strength suction - my nipps were getting wrecked. The hospital had provided me with one set of hydrogel pads of a different brand, and I had ordered Medela ones before I even delivered but I must say, the Frida Mom hydrogels are by far my favorite. They really stay cool for much longer than the other two brands I tried. They are also very soft and have Vitamin E and the shape fits better to my anatomy. If you are careful when removing them, they are definitely reusable between BF sessions - I was able to make mine last about a day before moving onto the next set. Feels like a must have item for any postpartum/BF parent.

Love these
I love these for my sore nipples. I’m a first time mom whose breastfeeding. I’m working with a lactation consultant who says you shouldn’t feel pain but my nipples have been sore 85% of these last two months lol. Anything cooling helps. Lanolin/nipple butter just makes them shiny. I LOVE these hydrogel pads. The only thing that sucks is that because of the anatomy of the breast, they don’t stay on. If they make them any stickier, you risk having pain when taking them off so I get it. They stay on when you’re wearing a bra, but if I’m at home with baby I’m only wearing a t shirt and that’s not enough to hold them in place. But I will still buy these. They help immediately.

You need this
2nd round nursing a kiddo and this kit was perfect. The bag makes it convenient, the heating pads being this shape work great, and the supplies are an exactly what you need. I keep this kit at my work site so I always have what I need when I pump at work

Overall, pretty good product.
The only reason why I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pads do not stick very well. Once you put them on they start peeling up right away. Other than that the pad itself is great. They cooled instantly upon application and found immediate relief. You can only wear up to 4 hours compared to other brands.

Honest Advice for New Moms Seeking Nipple Relief
Dear new moms, if you’re reading this, you’re probably in pain and looking for relief. I’ve been there too, and I know how challenging it can be to find the right product! I tried numerous options in my search for comfort, including:Lansinoh Lanolin Nipple CreamMedela PurelanEarth Mama Organic Nipple ButterMedical Grade HoneyMedela Cooling (Hydrogel) PadsSilverettesMedela Nipple ShieldLansinoh Therapy Packs with Soft Covers (for hot and cold therapy)1. Don’t Bulk BuyOne of the biggest lessons I learned is not to stock up on any one product. A cream or pad that provides relief today may not feel as soothing tomorrow. Test each product one at a time to see what works best, and avoid buying in bulk since the cost can add up quickly.2. My Experience with This ProductUnfortunately, this product didn’t work for me; it caused a burning sensation, which made things worse rather than better. Medela Hydrogel Pads, which I initially received at the hospital, provided relief for a short period, but even they stopped working after about a week. Sometimes, you may need to rotate or try new products as your body changes.3. If you can, see a lactation consultant. Lactation center nurses eventually prescribed an ointment for my scarred nipple which helped a lot. Also, they knew how severe the issue is compared to me - a first time mom - and they immediately recommended pumping from the side which had the scar while continuing to breastfeed from the other one.4. A Final Word of EncouragementThis phase is tough, but you’re tougher. Remember, it will get easier. However your breastfeeding journey unfolds, you and your baby will be okay. Take it one day at a time, and hang in there!

Worth the purchase
Love this item. It’s really convenient as a first time mom. No one close to me has ever breast fed so I didn’t know what to expect or what I needed. This product saved me. I have used everything it comes with and will continue to use these products.
