Excellent book written by pastor Lawson about a topic that is being relegated by the church to a second plan. He describes the state of the church regarding the acceptance of the Truth of God, the attacks made on the Truth of God, even from inside the church and the consequences of the obedience or disobedience of the Truth of God. Pastor Lawson goes to the point he is describing, basing his exegesis only in the Word of God, the Truth itself. I found this book also very convicting and for a great personal blessing as well. Great message that must be read and reread many times. Extremely important message. A must read book!

Steve Lawson is my favorite expository preacher/teacher, so I gladly purchased another of his great reads. As I read through the book, I realized that I really loved the truth, which is what God says is the truth. Because God's truth never changes, I have the ability to remain safe, spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

Fantastic! I had to put down my highlighter or I would have underlined the entire book. Gave it to my pastor and he has been teaching on it for the last 5 weeks. Highly recommend!

Steven Lawson’s book “The Moment of Truth” is a monumental work on Christian Apologetics. He gives argument after argument defending the undeniable evidence of God’s evistence, his Sovereignty over the Universe that he created and his plan of Salvation for lost mankind through his Son the Lord Jesus by raising Jesus from the dead and having Jesus ascend back to heaven and calling men and women to call on Jesus’s for eternal life by forgiving them of their sins. Outstanding read. I give it a 5 star rating hands down.Moise Audette.

An excellent collection of sermons on truth. An easy read with profound thoughts strewn throughout. LOVE it!! And love Steve Lawson.

I received a free copy of this book to review courtesy of NetGalley.What a book this is, in an age where truth is relative and to be debated, Steven Lawson reminds us that there is only one standard of truth and that is God's word the bible. When we remember that all of the other truth claims are put into perspective.This book is split into three equal helpful sections with the first stating the reality of truth, reminding us of the truth of God's word. The second entitled the rejection of truth which helps us understand how we got to where we are today and the final one entitled the reign of truth.The book is worth reading for the last chapter alone speaking of the final judgement day when others books will be opened, a truly wonderful chapter.
