Great for muscle recovery

I can take these without any issues and find them easy to take and good value for money for the strength. I would recommend them as there helping me to keep my muscles at my age of 62 yrs old.

You can never know for sure if you just have a placebo but I have felt consistency less fatigued after taking 2 tablets post workout and have been able to increase workout levels. No side effects and they're pretty easy to swallow, maybe give them a try and see if they help 👍
