These are great spill-proof cups and definitely worth the money. They hold a lot of liquid, and you can turn them upside down without anything spilling. Liquid only comes out when the straw is actively being used. I have put them in the dishwasher several times with no issues so far, and the design has not come off yet. That said, I have another cup from this brand where the design eventually faded after many dishwasher cycles. Since these are plastic, hand washing is probably best long term. I ordered the “out of this world” set, but the straw came in grey instead of yellow. Not a deal breaker for us, but something to be aware of if color matters to you. The cup comes apart into three pieces: the lid with outer straw, the inner straw, and the cup. Everything is easy to take apart and clean. My toddler has thrown and dropped these countless times, and they have held up great.
