I’ve tried several phone holders over the years, and this is easily the best one I’ve used. The magnet is strong and holds my phone securely, even on rough roads, without any slipping or wobbling. Installation was quick and straightforward, and it looks clean on the dash without being bulky. Charging works reliably, and I like not having to mess with clamps or adjusting arms every time I get in the car. I just set the phone on and go. After using it consistently, I haven’t had any issues with stability or performance. This is the best car charger I have ever owned. The magnet is strong, I feel perfectly secure that my phone will not fall off the charger while driving, it charges FAST, there are days I forget to use my chargers at home/work and it doesn't matter because my 30min commute each way charges my phone enough to get me through the day. I also love how low profile it is. It is so easy to use and barely noticeable when nothing is attached to it. I use this with my Samsung S25 with a Spigen magsafe case and it works perfectly.

Very versatile, high quality product. The versatility of the sticky mount is the best I’ve seen of stick in mounts and the vent louvre mount is also the best version I’ve seen. The magnet charger is strong and stylish. Very happy with this product.

Update #2: I received an e-mail from Lisen in response to my inquiry. The rep said to make sure the charger that plugs into the cigarette lighter has a minimum 20W output. In review of the Samsung "Adaptive Fast Charger" I was using, nowhere on it does it state the output wattage. So I borrowed an Ainope 36W charger and tried it. This completely resolved the problem. With the 36W Ainope charger, the phone now charges on the Lisen magnet Qi mount with no issues. I see that the instructions supplied with the Lisen Qi mount charger do state that the output charger needs to be a minimum of 18W. Conclusion: The Samsung charger I was using has an output wattage of less than 18, causing it to be incompatible with the Lisen magnetic Qi charging mount. I suspect that many of the other reviewers who experienced this same problem were also trying to use output chargers that have less than 18W. I have updated my rating to 4 stars. Minus one star because at the time of my original review, Lisen's hyperlinks to both their "support" page and to their "contact us" page took me to their product sales page, which was a bit frustrating. Otherwise the response and service from Lisen was great. As both a phone car mount and a Qi charger, this product is highly recommended with the use of a compatible output charger. Many older vehicles have lower output USB ports that won't work, and many older cigarette lighter chargers do not have enough output wattage to work. Back when I purchased my previous phone, a Samsung S9 Plus that came with the cigarette lighter charger I was trying to use, 10W was considered to be a "Fast Charger," but that is not enough juice to support this Lisen Qi charger. Update #1: I see that other reviewers have had the identical problem I am having. I used the Lisen product support link on Amazon, which takes me to the Lisen website *product sales* page (not to a support page). While on the Lisen website, I found and clicked on the "support" hyperlink. It also takes me to the sales page, not to a support page. Then I clicked the "contact us" link, which also takes me to the same product sales page... not to a contact page. I found a support e-mail address on the product box and sent an e-mail describing the problem. In reference to my original post, the Lisen phone number I called is the one posted on Amazon. I got an answering machine and left a message with my phone number and requested a return call. We shall see how this plays out. While my phone is mounted to the Lisen wireless phone charger Model 2E778, which is connected to a Samsung Fast Charger plugged into my car cigarette lighter, the charging starts, goes into turbo charging mode, then the charging stops a second or two later, then this cycle repeats over and over again never ending. The Mount attaches securely to my car vent. The magnetic mount is strong. If I can get the charging function to work, this would be a good product. I am using a newly purchased Motorola Edge + 2023 with the circular magnet applied to the outside of a Poetic case. The Poetic case has only a thin clear piece of plastic film on the backside and the circle magnet is attached to the plastic film. There is no thick plastic case that the charging has to penetrate through. Troubleshooting steps taken: I used the Lisen supplied USB cable plugged directly into my phone and the car charger. Charging worked normally with no issues. I placed the phone (in the Poetic case with magnet installed) on two different non-magnetic Qi chargers in my home. Charging worked great on both without interruption. I slid the backside of the phone around on the Listen charger to make sure I have correctly located the circular magnet and confirmed the magnet is correctly positioned and installed. If the phone is moved up, down, right, or left, there is no charging connection. On the sweet spot where the magnet is installed, charging starts, but then cycles on and off repeatedly. I called the manufacturer and left a recorded message explaining the problem and requested a call back. I will update this review if the problem is resolved.

If you are food courier or ride share driver, this is DEFINITELY the mount you want. Even if you’re just an everyday working person and need a great holder for your phone while driving, you can’t beat this bad boy in my opinion. I haven’t used the dashboard mount, but the vent mount is what ALL vent mounts should be. Instead of having that annoying thing where it damn nere busts the vent slits open trying to install it, or it gets stuck once you do, this has an adjustable hook look like apparatus that makes it super functional and convenient to fit whatever vehicle you’re in. It’s well built and certainly held up to rigorous use. I have definitely tested it! It’s super easy to setup. Once I figured out how to put the magnet ring on the back of my phone, which to be honest…will confuse you at first until it hits you how simple it is, I put the phone on the mount and shook the HELL out of it. It didn’t fall off. So I said ok, the real test is when I drive on the raggedy Michigan roads lol. I’m here to tell you, except for when I’ve improperly placed my phone on the mount, it has NEVER fallen off. And I’ve hit some rough spots where other mounts or holders have fallen on the seat or car floor just crossing a railroad track. This bad boy is the TRUTH and has been the best purchase I’ve made for my phone and for the ease of making deliveries…especially at a $20 price point. Just slap it on and go. Doesn’t get any better than that! Would definitely recommend and I hope this little review helps current and future drivers make a good choice based on my opinion. By the way, I almost never review anything, so when I take the time to write something up, you better believe I’m 100% backing up whatever the product is.

good and strong when you use it as car holder

The magnet pad area is very good, solid and efficient. I used it on the Mazda3 (2012) with the adhesive method. Using an iPhone 16 ProMax, which is heavy, I could adhere it to the right side of the console, and angle it for great access and visibility. Every time I snap the phone in place, and even though I use a compatible leather case, the attachment feels really solid. It has never failed, no matter the road condition and driving style. I can freely rotate the phone at 360 degrees. The adhesive is very strong. I had adhered it on the left side initially, then slowly removed it, deciding to try the right side instead... It still adheres very well, and is totally solid about 6 months in. No concern at all about the adhesive. This is a top product. The only thing that exceeds it is the high level of customer service I experienced (when I had questions about the placement of the product on the dash). The team is amazing, they clearly want to be the best at what they’re doing, and I think they succeed with their amazing line of innovative and quality in-vehicle phone holders.

Ma facendo un test, ho visto che il gncio per le bocchette dell'ac regge BENISSIMOm ha un sistema di bloccaggio diverso dalle solite mollette e regge perfettamente evitando di usare l'adesivo. Magasafe rapido in ricarica e magnete super resistente. Ricomprerei.

An outstanding LISEN wireless phone charger. The charger is slightly thick but it is reliable. It comes with an air vent as well as a flat surface mount. The charger will not let the phone run out of power. It is capable of 15W charging speed, which is fast and consistent. The phone did not overheat at all. I used it nonstop for around 10-12 hours and the charging did not pause or break. I would recommend it as an essential gadget for drivers. At £29.99, it is a great deal. This is the best wireless charger I have used so far.
