Q: Are they individually wrapped?

These are not individually wrapped. You can buy a smaller size wrapped but not large. Small is 19cms long (large is are 21cm) maybe small would be okay for you and suit your needs. You can check out the individually wrapped ones online here on amazon or just google online for other places to buy. I do carry the wrapped ones in my bag for when out and about but personally prefer the large. I hope this helps:-)

Backsheet material Polyethylene film. A fiber material is used in some panty liners. Prevents leakage. Fastening material Polymere materials Keeps the product in place. Elastic material Polymere materials Gives the product a good fit. Fragrance (only certain products) Perfume Gives the product a fresh smell. Print Ink Emphasises the product's shape and function. Q: Would these show underneath skirts?

These wont show under skirts or trousers. They aren't bulky, and generally, fit neatly onto knicker gusset.
