Battery dies fairly fast and the power isn’t as strong as I hoped, especially compared to similar products I’ve used in the past. The scrub heads have popped off a few times while using the device— seems to depend on the angle or part of my face I’m washing. The scrub heads appeared new however the plug cover at the bottom of the device was open when I removed it from the box and it simply does not fit where it is meant to. Not a big deal, but if water gets in there and the device stops working within a year I will be asking for a replacement. UPDATE - they reached out to offer me a full refund and allowed me to keep the product. This was not necessary but was very much appreciated. Should I need a replacement in the future, I will plan to re-order. Changed review to 5 stars (was previously 3/5 due to issues) because at a price of $0, I couldn’t be happier! They did not require a review change for the refund, but I think this seems fair.

The device offers three modes: Deep, Daily, and Gentle. I use Daily mode most often, which is perfect for a gentle cleanse. If my skin’s feeling sensitive, I use Gentle, and it cleanses without causing irritation. One of the best things I’ve noticed is how much smoother my skin feels when I apply makeup. Since I started using this, my foundation goes on much more evenly, and I can see a big difference in how it looks and lasts throughout the day. One of the coolest features is the built-in light. It helps highlight any spots you might have missed and makes it easier to get an even cleanse. The light is subtle, but it’s a nice touch that adds to the overall experience. I love this, one of my best purchases so far. I use mine everyday, I just wish I could buy some harsher scrub heads for it. Well worth the money though. Makes my skin feel amazing!

Absolute garbage has only worked for couple of months now will no longer charge. Do not waste your money

I love these face cleansers but better to buy the cheaper waterproof battery one. I wanted this nice one with the stand for my shower but it never took a charge. Disappointed.
