I’m very happy with my palm trees! Plants arrived in excellent condition—lush, green, and very healthy. The size is perfect, and it instantly adds a fresh, tropical touch to my space. Beautiful plants and great quality!

These 2 trees are excellent quality, great value, arrived extremely well and carefully packaged as you expect for live plants. You don’t want them stuck in a box for too long! They are doing very well so far in my garden. Used good quality compost dug in with them and watered in well and it looks lovely. One is bigger than the other - biggest one arrived about 22” and the other is 18” If I had more room I’d buy more!!

Ordered these palms, they were in condition but smaller than I expected.Really good condition on arrival and for the money I think they were a good buy, I have had these before and they are still going well.

They have just arrived in perfect condition I couldn’t be more happy there healthy and a bit bigger than I was expecting I have got to wait a couple of days to pot them on as the plants arrived before the compost and containers

I first bought a pair of these Yougarden Phoenix Palm Trees exactly one year ago. I was a bit worried what the condition of the trees would be like as I had never purchased plants online before. When they arrived they were perfectly healthy, no broken leaves, with damp soil. The only negative was that I thought that the pots were a little on the small side for the size of the trees. I immediately re-potted them into large patio containers, mixing plenty of sand into the soil and watering well. I have not felt the need to give them any palm food. I left them on the patio throughout the winter, worrying that the frost might kill them off, but as they were advertised as hardy, I thought I would give it a shot. One year on they are both amazingly healthy. I have removed a few of the leaves at the bottom, cutting them downwards with a stanley knife, as they are quite tough to cut through, and this leaves a nice pattern at the base of the tree. I loved these trees so much that I have purchased another two exactly the same which have just arrived. Again, very well packaged and beautiful healthy trees. They stand from the floor at 1.3m which is much larger than advertised so I am more than happy with them. Again the pots are a little small for them so I will re-pot them tomorrow. Hopefully they will be as healthy and robust as the other two I received last year. I did take note of quite a few negative reviews of these, but purchased them based on the ones I had received previously and I am not disappointed. If I get the chance I will try and add photos later.

Well, they wasn’t as big as they said, but I’ve had these for a year or so now and they’ve been outside the entire time unsheltered. Come rain, frost and snow, they’ve been absolutely fine and hardly need any watering at all. Fantastic plants 👌🏼 considering I know nothing about gardening.

Wow I'm amazed they look lovely.so fresh and alot bigger than what I thought.my neighbours are ordering them.
