I am absolutely thrilled with this USB C Fast Charger! Works great, adapts the voltage to my USB-C devices, runs cool- what's not to like? One possible caveat- with my Surface Pro 9, the good news is it does maintain a ~50% charge (a UEFI setting to lengthen battery life), drawing 14.8v @ 0.85a, when going through the custom Microsoft connector (using a USB-C to SP9 adapter), which tells me that under normal (for me) operation, the SP9 is pulling about 14 watts of power. I have not checked ithe charger performance when the battery is low or when I am charging through the USB-C port rather than the Microsoft special connector, I will amend this review when I do. For comparison, the stock charger that came with the SP9 is rated at 15v @ 4.0 A and 5v @ 1.0A), but is physically much larger.

EDITED July 29th, 2025 - Arzopa Customer Service has reached out to me and sent me a replacement charger. Obviously it works great and I'm very happy with the Customer Service I've received. I will update this review in a month or so to reflect whether the item is still working and will check back if it stops working within a year. Big thanks to the Arzopa customer support team for their quick service. [Original Review] Worked amazing for a year and then stopped charging on one usb c port and then shortly after the second. Tried a few different wires and each did not charge. I did buy 2 of these and gifted the other one to a relative which is still working great for them; however the one I bought for myself stopped working. When it works, it works. This thing could charge my phone in less than half an hour and could charge my Nintendo switch faster than I could drain its battery while using it. The brick is huge but fairly lightweight, it doesn't feel cheap. I'd say its worth it on sale with the risk of it failing at some point. I'd rate it much higher if it lasted longer than it did for me.

Very useful with the multiple inputs and quick charging. Great value for the money. It’s a little heavy, but that’s because it’s quality.

I needed something with more than 1 type C connection and I found this one at the right price and not only has 2 type c but also a usb A port. the prongs are foldable the size is right not to big not to small and is fast charging. The shipping was really fast. I also like that it doesn't get hot when I have connected more than one device. My only complaint will be that is available only in black will love to see this great product in white.

Before I bought this product, I bought a different 65W charger that had a fancy digital display on the front that would show you how much power it's putting off to the different cables connected. That thing didn't last more than 2 weeks. I've had this charger for about 8 months now and it's still working no problem. It's much less bulky than the charger that came with my laptop, and I can easily fit it in my laptop bag. I would recommend ordering a pair of 10' USBC > USB C chargers to go with it so you can sit on your couch and charge your laptop or whatever else.

I've been pleased with the performance of this charger since I purchased it back in May 2024, but wanted to give them credit for the great warranty support that I recently experienced. After six months of the charger performing as advertised, it suddenly stopped working. The warranty information wasn't listed on the product page at all, so I had to go to the Arzopa website for customer support. On the website, I found that the unit does have a one year warranty, so I emailed customer support letting them know my problem. They responded within 24 hours, asking for additional information, including a picture of the issue. That was a little weird, but I took a picture of my phone plugged into the unit showing that it wasn't charging and sent it to them. Again, within 24 hours, they responded asking for a shipping address. After I sent that to them, the confirmed that a new unit was on its way, which I received three days later. I can't comment on how long this one will last, but I do know that the warranty response and support was top notch.
