Absolutely loved this sourdough dough. It was incredibly easy to work with, stretched beautifully, and didn’t fight back the way some doughs do (no floury tantrums in the kitchen, which is always a win). It handled the heat of the pizza oven perfectly and came out crisp, airy, and full of flavour. The taste was spot on — proper sourdough character without being overpowering — and it made homemade pizza feel impressively professional with very little effort. Friends and family were convinced I’d suddenly become a pizza expert, and I was happy to let them believe it. If you want great pizza without the stress, mess, or three-day fermentation timetable, this dough does the hard work for you. Will 100% be buying again. Comes frozen with ice packs to keep cool if left in a safe place. All individually wrapped which makes it easier to handle.

So we as a family love pizza, creating your own so much fun. Gets the whole family involved, the flavour of the dough is great. The size rolled out is like a 10' pizza. The quality of the dough is great, individually wrapped for convenience in a freezer bag. They're great value considering how good they are, you can size them to how youd like and id suggest rolling cold on a floured board. Highly recommend 5 *

Good quality sourdough (very elastic and excellent taste) in a convenient format. Make sure to unwrap them while still frozen - otherwise you might struggle with a sticky mess. Price is on the steep side, when you compare it with ready made pizzas from the freezer section, but I realise that the latter neither offer the same taste nor the experience of making your own.

I've lost count of how many orders ive placed for these dough balls. They are great. Sourdhough, easy to digest for the stomach. The team has improved the recipe, the packaging and service over the year, Kudos to them. Perfect for a pizza lover, buy them now.

After buying a pizza oven, it was recommended that for the first pizza's I buy some dough and then progress to making my own. I bought these and they are amazing! Easy to use and makes fantastic pizza bases. I will get around to making my own but for the moment, these are the go to. I am on my second bag and it will not be the last!
