As my review title suggests, my spouse is the biggest baby in the world about any amount of spice. He claims plain chili seasoning is spicy. 🙄 Anyway, we tried a meal kit that featured a southwest spice as a rub on tiny cubed potatoes that you then baked, and also the same spice was used mixed with sour cream and put on quesadillas. We loved both options, so off I went on a quest for southwest spice! However, nearly every single one features either jalapeno, chipotle, or some other spice that he finds absolutely unbearable. He won't even eat black pepper. Don't get me started. Anyway, this is the one you need if you too are tethered to a spice killjoy. It's a wonderful southwest flavor with none of the spice. It's great on veggies, mixed with sour cream or yogurt to make a dip or sauce, toss some diced potatoes in oil and this then roast them - haven't even used it as a meat rub yet, though that's listed on the label. Highly recommend!

Has a unique taste, and brings out good flavors in your hamburger and stake, (the chicken version works well for chicken). I like to put it into hamburger, and again on top of hamburger and stake when I put it on the grill. One thing you have to know, there is MSG in this stuff according to the label. So, it depends on what you feel about that.

I love this fajita seasoning and can't find it locally since we moved out of Texas. The Amazon version is the seasoning I want, just pricey.
