We put these by our ac windows units so birds would not build nests around the acs. They worked very well.

Product was not as advertised there were no large and small spikes. The package was 5 3/4 not the spikes themselves advertising was very misleading. When installed did not deter the birds at all built nest right on them.

I had a problem with a squirrel`s digging in my flower pots. I had visited a friend and she had birds getting into her plants and she had pointy things in her plants called them Bird Spikes. I thought that would work for keeping squirrel`s out my plants. Happy to say they really worked for me!!

These are great for repelling birds and even small animals from entering under the deck or behind shed area. While these are made out of plastic, they are pretty sharp to touch and can easily injure any animal that directly steps on them. Unfortunately, the package was opened when delivered so the top spikes were broken into pieces as they are made out of plastic but rest of the packs were still intact so hopefully they will last long in outdoor use under UV and harsh weather.

We purchased these for the top of our fence to help keep our cats in our yard.They are definitely doing the trick.We let the cats investigate them and gently touch them so that they know they don't want to touch them. Now when they see them on places they want to jump to try and leave the back yard they meow in frustration.These are very very sharp, so if you are using them for something similar make sure your pet has a chance to investigate them first and learn that they don't want to touch them in a controlled way. If our cats would have jumped on these with full force it might have hurt them or cut their paws.

Big disappointment! Did not do what it was intended to do. Birds were not deterred and was able to build a nest on it.
