This is such an excellent little set. Amazon had a sale for this item and I could not refuse the opportunity to pick up such a classic scene from A New Hope. The minifigures are great and the play elements in the set are really fun. You can activate switches to send troopers flying l, and there is a piece that allows you to re-enact Vader holding one of the rebels up in the air. Overall this is a fantastic set for both display and play.

My teen son enjoyed putting this together. Instructions were easy to follow and finished build looked nice. Good set for any Star Wars fan.

Awesome Star Wars LEGO Set! This LEGO set is awesome—fun to build and comes with some really cool mini figures. Star Wars and LEGO together never disappoint, and this set is no exception. A great addition for both builders and collectors.

I bought it a little whimsically, seeing it on sale. I’m not usually into dioramas but this set struck a chord with me and I thought it might be a sufficient enough bargain. It was indeed a bargain. It’s remarkably good. There are flaws, like Darth Vader being kinda hard with lightsaber if you place all the troops in the locations, but these are minute things compared to the set as a whole. It was not only a fun build, utilizing interesting techniques, but it just looks so good. It feels robust too, and not too small at least for the discounted price. It’s honestly made me rethink about dioramas, that’s how good it is. The mini-figures are quite good (though I’m no aficianado, haven’t been in a minute), but they’re all detailed and really cool. The Fives figure definitely sweetens the whole thing I’ll have to admit. They clearly put in a lot of effort and thought into this set. Get it on sale while you can if you’re interested in LEGOs and /or Star Wars.

I enjoyed building this set and it is a perfect addition to my Lego collection. This set has plenty of mini figures and the Darth Vader looks fantastic. My only wish is the build itself was not so basic. I still think it’s a good value considering the scene is iconic, the clean build, play features, and the mini figures included. It could’ve been great.

Lego has been extremely expensive in the last year or so, I recommend waiting for a 20% off sale or more before picking this up. It's a pretty good set for display and if you want to play with it you can, it has built in play features. I bought two and mirrored the otherwise to make a longer and complete hallway for display. The quality is good and it looks nice! Stickers were easy enough to apply. It was a little repetitive but not bad. You can also sell the extra fives minifigure and extra darth vader for some cash back on your set if you purchase two.

For £40 you get a pretty cool diorama of a very memorable scene, as well as some good minifigures. There's a mechanism to open the door and make it look as though it's been blasted open, and some levers to knock over minifigures.
