Works as advertised. No noise. Airflow could be better. Like the lights.

This did the trick. I read one review saying you couldn't turn off the lights but that's inaccurate. All you do is hold the light button down for 3 seconds. Poof... off go the lights. This thing has plenty of fans and took care of my laptop overheating issues. I recommend it. I've been using it for about a year.

It definitely fits 18 inches i have an 18-inch laptop I love the cooling pad but I really wish the fans were much way stronger. it has great RGB colors and 9 different modes to choose from. And you can turn it off, unlike other cooling pads. it has a blue RGB color on fans but sadly you can't turn them off. so h a great cooling lypad you should buy

I choose this after a failed attempt of another cooler by the same company. I don’t think it’s they’re fault but it never worked in the cooling arena for my specific laptop. I choose this as it looks to fully support a 17.3 laptop which is dose perfectly for me. Those of you with a MSI GF75 Thin, this is a perfect match. Now for cooling, i feel most of these pads just don’t push air and this does better in my use case because what it pushes effects the totally undercarriage not just the center or the bottom etc. it dropped my temps but my laptop just runs so hot. I’ve only had it a day, but button for lights off and speed worked the same as the previous unit I had. The build quality is better then you eould expect. I pulled out an iHome cooling pad from 10 years ago that’s horrible compared to this unit. The stoppers that keep the laptop from sliding off have rubber so it’s non-scaring to your investment. Sadly the usb cable isn’t breaded, but it’s too short and I have a replacement. TLDR: for the money and purpose of aiding in cooling a 17.3 inch gaming laptop (msi), it does the trick. Would buy Again. Don’t expect miracles, cooling pads usually drop temps a few Celsius at best.

This laptop cooling pad used to work amazingly but I'm having trouble cleaning it and that is causing functionality issues It seems it doesn't have a way to take it apart It would get five stars if I knew how to clean it properly or it was easier to clean properly It does function properly it helps keep my laptop cool and it's mostly quiet I've had mine since a little over a year ago I think and it's still standing strong with all of the other components and it's very nice to be able to use the different positions

Bought one from Amazon, only one side lit up the other did not. Reboxed it and had it exchanged for an identical unit. With this second one, after about two weeks the shut-off button worked only occasionally. Very occasionally. Most of the time, I have to unplug it to turn it off. It also stopped turning off automatically when I turn the laptop off, it continues working and draining my computer's battery unless I do the manual unplug thing. Very annoying since I use the laptop multiple times a day. When I try to turn it to highest level of cooling, I get unpredictable results - the button to increase fan speed sometimes responds, sometimes not - my chances seem to be about 50/50 to get appropriate response from the switch. The lower levels of cooling are not enough for my laptop. Last, there are sharp edges on the bottom structure that hurt my lap after more than a few minutes use. My window of opportunity to return to Amazon is closed. I tried finding any warranty info on the unit, Amazon refers me to seller. When I bought it, I recall mention of a warranty but now cannot find any. Really, I wish you good luck with yours but mine has been a frustrating waste of effort and money.

I've had other PC coolers that made noise but didn't work, this one makes little noise and works great. I use this in conjunction with the Nvidia Performance Overlay to monitor game temps, and with the fan settings on 3 (about halfway), I am running between 7-10 degrees Celsius cooler compared to having it turned off, that's money in the bank, shorty what you drink. Gaming led lights aren't really my thing, but the built in lights are high quality that don't make it look like some kids toy when turned on. The quality of the materials also feels nice and sturdy. One caveat, that doesn't warrant taking a star, is there's no built in memory for settings, you will have to set the colors and fan speed each time you power up your laptop. Other than that, I wouldn't change anything.

I found the product to be exactly as advertised. It’s sturdy enough to hold my 17” laptop, and the little tabs at the bottom keep it from slipping. The noise level of the fan at all 3 settings is not distracting or loud. The fans keep my laptop nice and cool. It’s great to have several options for the rgb light settings. The extra USB outlet is handy. It’s also very portable and not heavy. All in all, I am happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

RGB lighting feature is really good, especially for gaming But the main thing is the cooling feature which works perfectly. I have a relatively old laptop which sometimes may increase temperature but now I have no issues at all, even when using it in Level 1, which is the lowest. It is not noisy at these levels, however it could be a bit noisy at higher level (up to six). Although for some this may be a problem, I have no issue at all and hence the five-star review

Kam schnell an. Wer ein mittelklassiges Coolpad sucht ist hier richtig. Die Werte wurden etwas verbessert siwie es für dieses Preis Leistungsvergältnis zu erwarten ist. Ein Staubfilter wär noch ganz gut.
