MAG365 Magnesium with Exotic Lemon Food Supplement, 150 g

Very satisfied

I usually take this supplement a couple of times per year, for about a month or so, just to top up my magnesium levels. Usually February and October or thereabouts. I dissolve one teaspoon in boiling water in the evening, about an hour before bed, and I find I sleep better and that's not a bad thing.

Only add a very small amount of hot water or It’ll l fizz over your cup .. then add more water once fizzing dies down Only just started using so unable to say any more really

Like the taste of this as not to over powering. You just need to be careful when adding water as it’s very fizzy and will spill over the top if your not careful

Very easy to take and it works
