Poor after sales support
The media could not be loaded. I ordered a waveshare jetson orin nano case from Amazon India through a seller that directly imports from waveshare US. The case came after a significant delay and the overall build quality isn't great - to make things worse, the power switch that came with the case was faulty and I proved the defect to waveshare support by using two jumpers. Waveshare chinkis are not agreeing to support the warranty claim and is asking me to contact the importer to rectify the manufacturing defect. Recommend prospect buyers to stay away from low quality Chinese products like this.
