I went to a few hardware stores before searching Amazon; should have used Amazon first! Couldn't find it at the hardware store. Shipping was fast. My solar butterfly lights last all night - I can still see them lit at 6:30 AM!

When these batteries came in, there was (1) missing for some reason, although I paid for a whole pack. I just went & looked at my outside solar light & it is on now at 6:35am; which is a blessing.

Love those solar lights, batteries die and don’t want to throw them out! These batteries are great! Work great and lasted all summer!

I am very pleased with these rechargeable batteries. I used them to replace old batteries in solar lanterns for my yard. These came with a decent amount of charge, enough to confirm that the solar lights would work with new batteries (before they are charged up).These NIMH batteries have the right storage capacity to allow the solar lights to work for several hours after dark, perhaps even overnight. This always depends on the sunshine available to charge them during the day.Replacing the batteries is necessary for solar lights occasionally, as rechargeable batteries don't last forever. I had to be careful replacing the battery, as the electronics & wires inside the solar light are fragile.

The RICEEL Rechargeable AA Batteries are not for general use. They need the slow charging and slow draining of solar lights.I have used NI-MH rechargeable batteries for decades. I have an extensive inventory of batteries from various manufacturers, and I have 3 charging devices.Most AA NI-MH batteries today are 2000-3200 mAh in capacity. These are only 600 mAh which means they will only last 1/4 to 1/5 as long as the more common larger capacity Ni-Mh batteries. I knew this when I ordered them so I will not deduct Stars for the very low capacity of the battery.When I charged these batteries the first time, the charger indicated "charging" for about 5 minutes, then it started flipping between "Charging" and "Charged" indicator lights. My conclusion is that these batteries and the charger are not compatible. I have had Ni-Mh batteries burst into flames when the charger and the batteries are not compatible. I try to avoid battery fires.I tried a different charger with better success. After about 13 minutes, the charger indicated a successful full charge.The package comes with data about the batteries printed on the back of the package. That data is covered with a sticker. I do not like to be denied the data.I tested the batteries in a flashlight. The light was dimmer than usual, and the batteries drained quickly.The product description and the package indicate these batteries can be used in many applications. There are pictures of suggested uses. I do not recommend general household applications.These batteries are low capacity, and they need the slow charging and the slow draining of small solar light devices.
