couldnt be happier
finally found ashwaghanda that works for me. without wanting to sound fake ive tried ash from nootropics depot (seriously) and several from amazon - all did jack. none did anything for me ( ive tried normal/sensoril and ksm) and im so glad i ordered some of this - mainly due to the price point i thought why not. boy am i pleased i did. like other comments be warned it is strong. usually im high tolerance to everything not this. taking too much can produce sides like body temp and can actually mimic anxiety and depression, its extremely dose dependant so i dont care about your usual dosage try whats on the packet first i couldnt imagine ingesting grams of this stuff. the 250gram is the perfect choice for those on the fence hope these guys keep on going. This is my first experience of Ashwagandha. I put some in vegan capsules, and also add it to turmeric latte. For the first few days, I wasn't keen on the earthy taste (I found it repeated, just once, every time I took it!) But that soon passed, and now I don't notice the taste at all. I have been taking it for a month, and I am sleeping better. I have also cut caffeine out completely, so that obviously contributes greatly. But, as a chronic insomniac, any help is very welcome.

Good product, good price....
Everything was fine with this purchase. Would just say however that it has a strongish earthy taste which I think is mentioned in another review. I swirl a tsp full into some orange juice and gulp it down pronto. Has given me no tummy trouble or adverse effects. Would recommend if prepared to brave the taste,PS opted for powder over capsules because . as I understand it. supplements in liquid form are more easily absorbed,

Should come with a health warning!
This irritated my stomach so badly that my husband had to take me to A&E! I had such bad stomach/chest pains like I've never experienced before and projectile vomiting. Buy with caution!

Find a good storage container for 500g of power because the bag doesn't reseal
I had made a mess moving the powder from the bag into 2 jars after I realised the bag zipper just won't close. Shame, I was looking forward in storing the plant powder in it's original package.Still too early to review the effects.

I don’t think it’s as strong as one or two of the reviews say it is, other brands I’ve tried had more potent effects in my opinion. Maybe it feels that way if you have newly started using ashwagandha. But other than that I don’t have much to complain about. It is absolutely Okay.

Not worth it!
The way it reacts in a glass of warm water or milk. I’m using this product for 2-3 weeks now and find that and as soon as I put a teaspoon in water or milk, it immediately lumps up. I have to keep stirring it and yet a lot sticks to the spoon and the remaining powder lumps up in the cup which I have to break down before drinking it.Makes me think greed overtook the manufacturers from making it a fully soluble product.Better quality powder is available on Amazon platform.

Very good product
Ashwagandha promotes clamness & reduces anxiety. It's a very good brand. Earlier I used some other brand, which was also pretty good, but this one is the best so far. Seems its really 100% pure.
