simple, leak-proof, lots of sizes, plastic-free!
I love these stretch lids so far. I like that I have lots of sizes for different bowls, cups, etc. I make dressing in mason jars a lot, but the vinegar often causes the lids to corrode , but I used on elf these lids instead last time and it was tight enough for me to shake the jar of dressing with no leak - and I could save a mason jar lid! The tabs around the lids are also super helpful when stretching the lids on and off, and getting it tight. The silicone does seem a little thin, but I've only been using them for about a month and it hasn't been an issue. And as long as I take are of them, I don't expect it be an issue from my experience so far.

These covers fit most of our bowls and cans.
I purchased these for my cat feeding bowls, and cat food cans. For that purpose they work perfectly.

One step closer to being a zero waste home
I think if you know how to use these, they are wonderful and save a lot on washing and wasting. Yes it can be tricky to figure out which size fits what, but you can easily hold the lid over the bowl you want to cover and the item needs to be just a slightly smaller circumference and the lid will stretch easily over and fit tightly. The lids do not work on wet surfaces, so you just need to dry the condensation off your bowl first. I bought two sets and that is enough for our household of four’s needs. We used these everyday. It’s so nice that if we have dinner leftovers, we can just cover the bowl with the leftovers, instead of transferring the leftovers to a storage container, then washing the bowl, then washing the storage container when we finish. We find we waste less and are throwing away and washing a lot less too. These are super easy to wash by the way.You just need to know if these will suit your lifestyle. If you serve food on flat, large plates, or have bowls that are not round, you will still have to transfer leftovers to storage containers or a round top bowl these will fit, so maybe they will not be so useful for you. For us though, they have been the best to help our home get closer to being zero waste!!

Sturdy, but didn't suit my needs.
So, these things ARE quality and sturdy, but they didn't suit my needs. The directions indicate that the dish you're covering must be completely dry for these to work. This requirement isn't realistic in the way I use them - eating soup/tomato salad out of a bowl (inevitably dripping some on the sides) and then wanting to quickly cover it.So, I could NOT get them to stay. Couldn't even initially put them on correctly on a slightly used bowl or pan without one side sliding off as I tried to endlessly stretch and cover.I tried a sorta rice-bowl type dish, and tried to put it directly on a straight-walled skillet. No dice. They are sturdy (I wouldn't worry about them ripping), and they might work wonderfully to cover dry items like dry cereal, crackers, etc. But if you ate out of or cooked in a pan and got it slightly greasy or dirty or wet, these lids won't stay on it.I wound up ordering those "push down" silicone suction lids, and those work way better than these did for me.

Good idea, WAY too many negatives
First, I'll say that they do seal the container decently enough when they fit, and I went in knowing that they were only made for a few common sizes so I won't ding them just because they don't fit everything. HOWEVER, there are just way too many negatives. I tried them on a number of different containers, some that fit exactly and some that didn't, and this is what I found. First and most importantly, they're a pain to put on the container. You have to use both hands AND a hip to get it to stretch onto the container and then when you get it on you still have to tweak and adjust and stretch and move it so the seams line up for a decent seal. But here's the second big negative, even though that seal is pretty good, you can't count on it because if you barely even tap the top, the air inside will pop the seal and leave the thing barely hanging on to the container and now you're there with your hip against it again, trying to put it back on. The third big negative is washing them, if you don't have a dishwasher. They're super floppy and they're molded to go in only one direction so you can't get a hold on them to scrub them with a sponge — they just fold up and flip all around to where you can never really get them clean. (And even though I don't have a dishwasher I have to imagine that they'd fly all around the inside of it.) I think it's a great idea but in execution it is not worth the effort to use. Definitely not buying again or recommending.

plastic saver
these are really useful and relatively easy to use. works only if the bowl/ container is dry. Any bit of moisture will render it slippery and it won't hold. The material is stretchy but sturdy and 'sticks' to the metal or glass container pretty well. And if it's tight enough you can even create a little vacuum seal. So far they wash up pretty well except the notorious tomato sauce... it's left a slight stain on the cover that I can't get off... but then again who can get rid of tomato stain off anything anyway...Only issue I have is that I had to buy multiple sets because I needed more of some of the sizes. This set comes with one each. Maybe I should have less left overs... The littlest one fits on a can perfectly and the largest one fits a, well large bowl.Highly recommended! reduce plastic waste and get these!

Good value for money
I’ve been using too much plastic /cling wrap, that’s why my boyfriend bought this for me , I love it , using less plastic and keep your food fresher than cling wrap.

Slippery when gets wet, gets stained
It works alright with different sized bowls, has some stretchability. However, if the cover gets slippery if you put in fridge or there is some condensation and then handling is slippery so have to be careful with that. When used with gravy based dishes which have turmeric, the stains can't be removed.
