Used carefully they will soften oil and acrylic

They are oval. Mine came from USA.

Q: Are these any good for use with oils?

I'd say they are way too soft and fluffy to use on oils straight from the tube. I have used them for blending once the oils are on the canvas, though. Acrylics, too.
