Measured ear canals with this putty.
I wasnt sure what to expect with this silicone putty, but in the end it was perfect! I was trying to measure the size and shape od various peoples ear canals for an ear bud project I am working on. I mixed a little material as instructed, blobbed it onto the end of a q-tip and stuck it in my ear. After about 5 min. the rubber had set hard and I was able to pull it out. I got perfect impressions every time. I will definitely buy this again. There are so many uses for it!

Fabulous!
It is great!! It states in the box it is Shore 40A and it is. Not like other brands that either hide the shore or mislabel it.It works great with polymer clay!!

Great putty.
This is a really great silicone putty. It's easy to work with and makes very detailed molds.

Easy to work with, but not the most durable.
I had no trouble mixing up a small blob of this putty for making a test piece. It's easy to knead the two parts together, and didn't try to adhere to my fingers or to the items I pressed into it, making demolding a breeze. Working time was a few minutes longer than indicated on the instructions in a 70° room. For the first few minutes the putty would tend to "flow" after an object had been pressed into it, and the details of the impression start to even out. So be mindful of initial droop when applying this putty vertically. Once cured, the mold was certainly flexible, but not as much as other silicones, and is a bit harder than expected (mostly because I didn't notice its shore rating at first). When bent to more extreme angles, the mold took on that whitish appearance similar to how some plastics do when bent. Though the mold returned to its shape, it still tore somewhat easily, and I would recommend against this particular product if your object has significant undercuts. It's not the cheapest two-part silicone for a product marketed to beginners, but I'm confident it has an application for which it's just what's needed.

Great for my wife's jewelry crafting
I got this silicone putty for my wife because she ran out of the previous putty she used to make jewelry.Limino's silicone putty works as well as the previous putty my wife used. The two agents knead and mix easily and it hardens quickly, so my wife has to be prepared to make her molds or she has to throw the putty away and start over. This putty is $24 for 1lb which appears to be the going rate on Amazon. That aside, this is a great product and we're satisfied with it.

Very Easy to Use, Not Messy and Great Instructions.
I used this to cast some parts for a 3d model that I wanted clear parts for. Using the 3d printed item I cast it and then used resin to create my almost glass clear parts for a more realistic and better finished model. This material can be used for a number of projects, from making replacement parts to replicating custom items or in my case using materials outside of what I can 3d print to make casts of them and change materials. While I only used the mold once, it looks like it would hold up for several casts if needed

Silicone Putty - 1 Lb Flexible Silicone Mold Making Kit for Silicone Molds Making
This silicone putty is great for beginners, it is very easy to handle. Best of all there is little to no mess. When mixing this it is a 1:1 ratio of part A and part B by weight. You just weigh it and then combine it by kneading it together with your hands. This type of silicone is good for making gaskets, and resin molds, and could possibly be used for making candle molds/soap molds. It is fairly expensive when you compare it to silicone mold making kits. You get 1 lb of silicone putty for the same price that a 2 lb silicone mold making kit costs. My thoughts- This is good for small projects and for certain molds that would need a firm application like gaskets. If you are going to be making molds often I would get the silicone rubber mold making kits.Since it is more user friendly than traditional silicone I think the extra cost is worth it for beginners.

Must read the instructions completely before using
This is not a bad putty to make small molds. It is on the pricier side, but it is pretty easy to use.I got this so that I could make molds for my epoxy projects. I messed up on the first one, but that was on me, I went back and reread that instructions and also paid attention to the time, because it does cure pretty quickly. You need to make sure that you have everything set up and ready before you start mixing. It did get great detail in the mold, and it works great with epoxy. It is flexible, but not as flexible as other molds that I have and use, I just have to keep that in mind when I am taking out the finished item.
