Excellent value for the price AND made in the USA.
I was searching for some reusable grocery bags on Amazon when I came across this bag. And reading the description, was intrigued. The bag was described as being designed for a drink carrier to fit snugly and perfectlyinside to keep drinks and food warm or cold. Travelling frequently and often at zero notice, plus frequently spilled drinks and food, this seemed like a perfect solution to several major problems. My vehicle has 2 drink holders on the front console but they are rendered useless by a series of 3 trays sitting right over top of the holders. So drinks areput in places they weren't meant to be and naturally, they spill nearly every time. Spilling ALWAYS means into the driver's seat - and under the driver's"seat" resulting in wet clothes - very little is more embarassing than that.As well, the fast food paper bags frequently turn over onto the floor on suddenstops, spilling some or all of the contents. This bag would appear to be the most perfect solution to the entire problem. The price caused some concern as I really wanted 2 of these bags. Actually, I wanted / needed about 10 total but not to be at that price. Finally, 2 were added to the cart then after some deep thinking and planning, the last buttonwas pressed and they would be mine in 2 days. And so they were. Right ontime.I'm not much of a red fan but after a couple of weeks using them on adaily basis, I do really like the color. It's a rather elegant and rich shade of red but not quite a maroon. And they have more than won me over to the price I paid. They are solidly designed, couble zippers feel like quality, no catching,or sticking, material of the bag outside wipes off easily with a wet wipe. The inside is insulation material. Best of all, they are made in the USA.I live about 5-6 minutes from the golden arches and my milkshakes and sundaes always arrive home here just as cold as when they were served from their respective machines. And hot foods are always hot as well. PLUS, I've turned some quick corner prior to this, resulting in my wearing my drinks but not with this bag zipped shut. Plus, no more spilled french fries, sandwiches with ingredients all over the floor. Not to mention any drink spillage is contained and not being "worn" by the driver. It is well worth the price.I have since bought the gray bag which is slightly taller than the red bag. I like it even better due to the height. Friends tease me as I'm always looking for the perfect bag. This is it for me. It is exactly right for those drink carriers from golden arches, et al, then room for the burgers, fries, apple pies, etc. The lids for the coffee cups are famous for leaking and spilling, not being put on firmly and popping off, usually when the driver is exceeding the speed limit on some Interstate in heavy traffic.Besides travelling frequently and often at no notice, I live in tornado country. For both of these reasons, I love the bags and will slowly acquire more of them. The gray one is just for drinks as designed and sits on the console beside me as I travel. I never bring it into the house so it will always be handy when I amat the drive thru anywhere. One red one is for makeup, toiletries for quick trips to ladies' room at rest areas or to freshen up when camping, etc. Everything I need fits perfectly in that one bag. It goes out with me every day, in case my makeup needs a touchup. The second red bag is for medications - all of them over the counter meds. I don't take anything that requires a Rx. Nothing like being away from home, on a trip or ..... and feeling a headache and not a Tylenol in sight.I just ordered 2 more red bags and they will arrive in 2 more days. I will then have a set of 4. Travelling frequently and often on zero notice, I'm not a fan of having to pack then deciding what to pack. Grab the set of 4 bags and I'm covered.Bag #1 - makeup, toiletries, mirror.Bag #2 - towels, washcloths, room left for any clean clothes needed for thatfreshing up trip to the rest area ladies' room.Bag #3 - Meds, TENS unit (for muscle aches and spasms on very long drivesas cross country, etc), small bandaids, liquid and ointment for scratches andvery small wounds, etc.Bag #4 - First Aid kit for bigger and big wounds and the like. Handy to have iftornado winds smacks part of your body hard enough to cause major damage.Or some idiot on the highway (there are so many idiots out there to choose from) runs into you and causes you bodily damage, this will help til EMT's arrive. I am making a wide strap/harness to hold them together but with thetops/lids exposed so they can be kept together but easily accessed. Love these bags. They are perfect.I have also acquired another gray bag and the brown one. Those will be usedin my photo studio for external hard drives, cables, DVD's for watching whencamping. To keep things neat and quickly accessible, I am designing andmaking a series of "trays" of various heights to fit snugly inside so contentscan be sorted and accessed more efficiently. When doing research in libraries, etc, I prefer 8" x 8" paper, can't explain it, it isjust a preference. Best of all, that size paper fits nicely into these bags - the cream and brown one will be my research bag. A tray on my making will fit on the bottom for the paper, a tray above with all the pens, pencils, etc then another tray on top for paper with notes. Too efficient. Am just so excited toget the tray inserts finished for travel before any of Hurricane Michael's "sibilings" decide to drop by and I need to leave in a hurry.Already, these bags have me organized and ready for travel whether for camping, photo shoot, or emergency warning to leave the storm dangerzone. Well designed, well made and perfect for their intended use or for being repurposed for other uses. I forgot - there is a mesh pocket on the front of each bag. I use that, so handy, for whatever lipstick shade I'm currently wearing, receipts and credit card until I can get to someplace to pull over then put receipts, etc in proper places, a cable I'm not using but will need shortly, a pen to keep from rolling off library table, etc. You get the idea. I highly recommend these bags. The best bags I've ever found for photo gear and cameras are 2 camo coloredPlano bags for fishing gear. Plus they don't scream - "expensive photo gear, steal me". So you can see I'm quite in to repurposing. I just want a bag to be perfect - not, just make do. And these Bevbags are Perfect.UPDATE ...Full disclosure - I own 7 of these bags, 4 red ones, 2 gray ones and the brown/cream one. I did a review of the bags when I bought my first 2 red ones. It was lengthy as I tried to cover all bases. Later on, I thought of more things to add but as it was so long already, i decided to simply write a second review. You will find the first review Above this update. This contains further notes and observations after usage of the bags for the past couple of months on a daily basis. I have added 2 more red bags (part of the total of 7 bags) since that review and they comprise a group of 4 bags for quick escapes - I live in tornado country and most of the time, when a notice is broadcast or even if the weather looks "iffy", I put the group of 4 bags in my vehicle in advance for quick escapes if needed. My first gray bag was to be used as an actual beverage bag as was intended by the inventor. However, as I am trying to eat healthy and avoid the fast food trap, I repurposed the bag slighly, still keeping it in vehicle for "eating while driving" but with healthy foods. While in the baby dept at Walmart to buy wet wipes (kept in purse and in vehicle for those pesky spills and messes), I noticed some plastic plates and bowls sized for toddlers. I bought the bowls, the plain plates and the sectioned plates. The purpose was to help me eat better with smaller portions. But do I really need so many? Brilliant idea!!! Put 1/2 of them in the gray travelling snack bag in the vehicle for easier management of snacks and small meals. They are a perfect fit.All those extra napkins from Mickey D's and BK are placed neatly in a heavy plastic qt freezer bag and have a place in the snack bag just behind the plates.A stack of wet wipes are also folded and placed in a qt plastic freezer bag next to the napkins. A large empty drink cup/lid are placed in one spot in the drink carrier in the bottom of the bag and a second cup/lid are in the other spot, both in front part of the bag. This helps keep the plates, plastic bags of things in place. When I do buy a coffee, it sits in one spot instead of one of the empty cups. The other empty cup now holds a double set of plastic table ware - 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 spoons, and one can opener. Room left in bag for sandwiches, snacks, etc.I love my snack bag - almost as much as I love to snack. The small Gatorade bottles also fit perfectly into bag for travel or just those running-errands-around-town trips as well. The second gray bag was to be repurposed to hold an organized but massive collection of electronic plugs, cables, cords, etc. However, I planned a trip to a relative's home for 2-3 days and found a perfect other use for the bag (meaning I will have to buy another bag for the electronic gear).5-6 DVD cases fit perfectly with room left over, the small square DVD/CD player and cable also fit inside perfectly. 2 paperback novels also fit. My day/month planner for this year and the new one I'm working on for next year also fit inside as did my iPAD and its cable. The keyboard fit into my daytime sling bag so no problems there. And I play the DVD's on my Mac computer which has it's own slim carrybag. Now, I have to say, over all the years I've lived and travelled so often, my big complaint has always been, what do I need to pack, where is it and where should I pack it?No more. Solved all those pesky problems and more.My makeup and toiletries always stay packed and are used daily from one red bavbag (see previous review). There is room for a mirror with its own stand and tray underneath and a folding LED clear white light perfect doing makeup in the dark. ( the folding LED light is found on Amazon, $10 by Ideaworks and i love it)Same for all medications in second red bag (same previous review). The 3rd red bag is for 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 4 washclothes, 1 set of undies for freshing up at rest area restrooms or KOA showers, etc.The 4th red bag is not used at this time for its intended purpose - heavy duty first aid kit for major injuries (think tornado, auto accident, fall while hiking with nasty injuries, etc.) At this time, it is a temporary sewing bag for some things which require hand stitching as well as for a new winter scarf I am knitting - I use circular needles and couple skeins of fine soft wool. All fits into the bag very nicely. The computer has its own bag and is in there when I'm not actively using it. Plus SSD external storage drives and cables in bag pockets. The gray bag for DVD's, etc.And the gray snack bag always kept in the vehicle. No longer do I have to run around trying to remember what I need, where was it last seen, which bag would be the best for packing said item, etc. Or worse, can't find it to pack or completely forget to pack it.Things are always in their bag except when in use, then they are returned to same bag.??Tornado imminent?? no problem, grab the bags and run.I highly recommend these bags as designed, for carrying beverages, snacks, muffins, cookies and the like from coffee shops. But also for all the other purposes and uses I have found for them around my house and during my travels. They are perfectly sized for Goldilocks - not too big, not too small...just right!!!Solidly made, zippers are quality, sliding easily and very smoothly.Zippers and poor stitching are the usual complaints I've seen on other products cheaply made.Cheaply made these bags ARE NOT.AND………AND they are made IN the USA.Thinking outside the "box" (or bag), you will find there are so many other uses for these marvelous bags.Enjoy!!!

Love this bag! Some wear & tear on the corner
Warning: this bag does not come with any insert to keep the cups in place, but don’t buy the black hard rubber insert that is sold separately, not worth it. Read on for suggestions.I absolutely love this bag. It’s very convenient, it looks professional, and customers really appreciate that I keep their cold drinks and treats separate from their warm food (at least I can if the restaurant (I’m looking at you McDonald’s) doesn’t seal up the cold stuff with the hot stuff.I paid the extra ( outrageous) price to get the hard rubber drink carrier insert to go with this bag, and that wasn’t worth it at all. It seem to work OK at first, but then the drinks kept tipping over all the time. Instead, I use the cheap cardboard pulp Carriers that you get from so many restaurants for free. I slip it in the bottom, and then if I have less than three drinks inside, I slide another one in sideways, leaning against the drinks, to keep them in place. There’s just enough room left to zip the top over it. Then I make sure to wedge the carrier in a secure place on the car floor, or else I put it on the seat next to me and since the strap and hang it on a hook that I keep hooked onto one of the head rest bars. That that way if I have to stop quickly, the strap will keep the bag in place. There is a little mesh pocket on the inside of the lid, where I like to stick the straws. There’s another mesh pocket on the front. This insulated bag is perfect for treats from Dairy Queen. If the spoons are sticking to high out of the blizzards to shut the lid,I just flip the lid over them and use the lid to gently press down on the end of the spoons, pushing them just deep enough into the blizzard that I can now zip the lid shut. This bag is definitely worth the investment, but I will say that I did notice some of the fabric pulling away from one of the corners on the underside of the bag. This happened pretty early on, and I was disappointed. It hasn’t gotten to much worse though. And I use this bag on a daily basis.I took off a star for the tearing at the corner, although it is possible that this is an isolated instance of this. Other than that, it has held up really well. It’s definitely worth the price.I would also add that I was concerned about buying a beverage bag that didn’t have little “walls“ inside to keep the drinks separate, but after reading reviews of carriers like that, I saw too many reviews that said the little walls inside would pop the lids off, and I think they are right. I have used a similar style of cardboard insert with this bag, which I stopped using with anything other than large drinks, because it would pop the lids off. So I definitely recommend using the short, typical 4- hole carriers as an insert inside of this bag, And I would recommend this bag over the style that has divider walls.

Good bag, but could use some design changes.
I deliver for Doordash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. This bag has come in very handy.I also ordered the plastic tray that goes in the bottom. Pretty good, though some medium and small drinks sit loosely in the tray.I noticed early on that very large drinks will tip over inside the bag, even with the hard plastic tray. They're just too top-heavy. So I use 3 empty Vitamin Water bottles as spacers for those times when I only have 1-3 drinks (most of the time). They fit snugly and keep the larger drinks from becoming too unruly. However, I think a better idea would be to have sort of half cups attached to the hard plastic tray, something that can stay in there, and you can place drinks inside them, if firmly attached (meaning fused to the plastic tray), large drinks won't fall over, and small drinks will be held in place. I'll probably try to rig something myself, but I would hope that the innovative creator of this bag and the tray could come up with something. The other design change that I would like to see, is the use of a velcro flap or strap, instead of a zipper. Messing with zippers is just too annoying. Time is money when you're delivering, and fumbling with zippers on multiple bags just takes time. That would also mean not using the top handle. Unless one could come up with a one-hand operated latch that could hold it closed well enough so you could use the top handle. Either way, zippers need to go.All that said, the bag has been very durable for me. No stitching issues, zippers are still good as ever. That's since May 2020, about 1500 deliveries.I don't understand, however, why the BevBag logo on the one side is offset. Just looks odd. Should be centered.
