I purchased this because I wanted to make smoothies. It says that it can easily crush ice- it does but it struggles big time. I feel like I may have pushed this blender to it's limits. My smoothies consist of frozen fruit, yogurt and ice. It has a hard time blending throughly, and gives off a burning smell when I'm using it. I had to constantly pull the cup and stir things to get everything to blend. I don't like the "cup" it comes with for drinking I find it awkward to use. Small plastic parts were spitting out of it the first time I used it and a few times after. You get what you pay for. If you were just blending non-frozen items or babyfood this would probably work really well but it struggles with frozed foods.

I ordered this on Feb 2025--it is now July 2025 & blender quit working...I wouldlike to return but return date has passed--how can I still return?

Bought to do my shake in morning when I in rush in morning speed is good, quality is good I get my money value. Just pick on go for in morning
