Two essential supplements in one capsule
I was excited to learn that this product also contains an essential supplement for brain health. Not only does this product contain alpha lipoic acid, but it also contains 525 mg of acetyl L-Carnitine HCL. With my history of advanced Lyme disease and co-infections, acetyl L-Carnitine is critical in helping me to recover and maintain good brain health. Lyme infections significantly impacted my brain function. For instance, I noticed that acetyl L-Carnitine helps with my chronic brain fog.
