Conclusion:I would not buy again. Battery is cheap and burned out after 420 miles. That is $1.60 a mile cost. I can operate 3 Lexus RX350 cheaper. A new battery on their website is $800. Others have posted 11-13 month battery burnouts. I prefer to write reviews after I’ve used something for a decent period of time. I’ve ridden this bike for 6mths now and am still very happy with it. I have now purchased 3 separate brands of folding E Bikes and Tesgo is my personal favourite. We are in Canada and do ALOT of trail riding. This bike has not disappointed. It is the most powerful of our 3 bikes ( of equal motor and battery). It is a bit bigger in size but I have no issues. I am about 5’6” and 160 lbs. The bike rides smooth and handles well in all terrain. On long trails I’m usually in pwr assist lvl2 and can ride 70kms+ which seems to be close to its battery capability (for my size and style of riding). I am constantly comparing our own bike brands to each other as well as other ppls bikes that we meet and ppl are very impressed with my Tesgo. Some key features I would point out are the superior quality brake discs with the hydraulic brakes, the 8th gear (most have 7), and adjustable front fork shocks for between soft and hard riding. Also should mention the level a personalization you can do with the power levels and motor is excellent. I can adjust each power level output so it matches my wife’s. This is actually very important if your riding with someone with a different brand bike so one of you aren’t constantly speeding up or slowing down to maintain your partner’s speed.If I had to pick on the bike I would like to see the charging port rubber plug fit properly so it can be sealed while riding. Possibly a little more softer seat, and for future models the ability to adjust the distance between your seat and handlebars,..The reach on this bike is a little more than others.Overall I think this is an excellent bike. The amount of upgrades you get in the price is also superior to most other brands of equal style.5 stars from me.👍

Vraiment très beau, impressionnant E-Bike, facile à assembler en suivant la vidéo sur YouTube, quand on regarde le vélo ses vraiment impressionnant la grosseur et la fabrication du très solide pour un E-Bike malgré sa taille il pèse pas une tonne (batterie enlever environ 55lbs) vélo de taille plus que moyenne je mesure 5’7’’ et le siège au minimum mes pieds repose très bien à terre je peux le lever de 2’’ mais plus et déjà sa commence à être trop haut pour moi malgré des roue de 20’’J’ai fait affaire avec le service à clientèle à quelque reprise et le service était excellent, aucun mauvais commentaires à formuler sur ce côté des gens très sympathiquesBien hâte au beau temps pour faire une vraie et longue randonnée avec mon super E-Bike

Great product !!! The quality and price and especially great Customer Service will make this bike a BEST SELLER ! [It was out of stock for a few weeks, now I know why !] The: Looks, design, quality parts, prompt customer service ( A BIG Thank you to FIONA !! )- made this a memorable purchase .A minor problem was fixed and Customer service offered to pay for it- I declined, as they sent me a carry bag for the bike rack. It was completely assembled except for the foot-pedals and seat post. The tires needed a little air and that was it - Ready to Go !!This ebike have features that others do not have at the same price: 1- Motor=1000W, 2-Battery=15AHr, FOLDABLE; PowerDisplay= bright, well designed; BRAKES= rotor is thicker than most other bikes have; BRAKE PADS= are twice as thick as most other ebikes !!! I didn't notice how thick the brake rotor or brake pads were until the bicycle shop commented: ''They've never seen rotors/brake pads this thick before- they're like motorcycle parts.Thank you TESGO. I'm a big advertiser for you, because you've created a top-quality product !!
