I use it every time I work out. It stress my body muscles. It is very worth it.

well-made but too high
I couldn't stay on the device for more than 20 seconds, bc the peaks are too high. It might work for someone a little bigger than me - most men would probably be able to handle it - but not this size 2 munchkin. It hurt even though I jumped off of it quickly.
